Lindsey Graham 'definitely' considering 2016 bid

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Sunday that he is considering running for president.

The foreign policy hawk said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that he has established a “testing the waters committee” to see if he would have a viable shot at winning the GOP nomination.

“I am definitely going to look at it,” he said.

Graham said he had not yet done any polling to see if he would have a shot, but argued that his foreign policy stances have proven his worth.
“I think the world is falling apart, and I’ve been more right than wrong when it comes to foreign policy,” he said. “But we’ll see.”:eek:

Graham has been a fierce critic of President Obama’s foreign policy, arguing the U.S. pulled out of Iraq too quickly and has failed to support rebels in Syria against Bashar Assad. He said Sunday that the president’s policies are based on campaign promises, and are putting lives at risk.

Yeah, I actually hope he runs. It can only be good for us. Not only would he split the vote, but he his extreme hawkishness might cause a knee-jerk reaction from voters in the opposite direction: Rand

You know, I would kind of like to see a debate between Rand and Lindsey Graham on the wisdom of arming the Syrian opposition back in 2012/2013. Maybe that will wake some stupid people up. Rand "I predicted back in 2013 that if we armed Al Qaeda linked rebels in Syria it wouldn't end well. Guess what? It didn't. One group we funded sold an American journalist to ISIS who beheaded him." Lindsey. "9/11! Terrorism! Fight them over there so we don't have to fight the over here!"
 
This might indicate Peter King and John Bolton will sit it out.

One of the three will definitely run in an attempt to torpedo Paul and Cruz.
 
It is not the quality but the quantity that counts!
