The State Department is poised to release the first batch of emails from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email address. Much of the correspondence, already turned over to the special House committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, focuses on Libya. The documents, obtained by The New York Times and presented here, represent about a third of the roughly 850 pages of emails from Mrs. Clinton’s personal account that have been turned over.
