Liberty question: Public indecency?

I've been reading these forums for the past 2 years, and I absolutely love all the philosophical, political and social questions posed here.

Now this: Is it OK for me to do anything lewd or indecent on my property?
Like:
a) mow my lawn naked
b) urinate/defecate on my lawn
c) dig a hole and bust a water main
etc.

My solution to "a" and "b" in respect to the current laws is to build a big, opaque fence on my property to avoid onlookers.

But how to deal with "c"? A water main is public property, or in an anarchocapitalist view, private property, and therefore I must pay to replace it.

What's the solution to "public indecency" in a Libertarian society? Don't get offended?

well to a and b I would say if one is offended then too bad..

as for c.. well most property owners do not own their land, they only own the buildings on their land...

if youve got mineral rights to your property.. bust away
