Placing fifth in the caucus, Sen. Rand Paul’s campaign says he still got a ticket out of Iowa.

“It’s the remnant, it’s the few, it’s those who will stand up and say ‘We’re not trading our liberty. Not now, not ever. Hell no,’” he said.
“Against all odds, against a little bit of bias here and there, tonight the liberty movement beat four governors from the establishment.”

The movement did not knock out Huckabee, no matter how you try to spin it in your favor. He wasn't polling high or bringing in huge numbers anyway, so he was just further down the GOP totem pole to knock off than Paul.

All I know is if/when Paul drops out and goes back to the Senate, if a Republican wins this thing, he needs to be the #1 opposition voice in the Senate.
