I'm confused. Why are they going with Public Defenders?? I would have thought they would be hiring and using their own attorneys. I know I would, if I thought I could in any way afford to do so.

I wonder if it would have been far wiser to have just printed "x weight (in ounces) and xx.xxx% [gold or silver] (purity)", with absolutely no use of the word "Dollar" anywhere, on those Liberty gold/silver coins...
