I was looking at tea party sites and found this guy. All I know is what I see on his site. And though he's not perfect, he's good. He's worth looking into.
Ray McBerry is running for GA Governor. At my county's GOP Convention this past Saturday, we had a straw poll, and he was not listed. Sound familiar? He endorsed Ron Paul last year!

When I move to NH I want to run for town council and if I get elected say things to the other council people like:
- You want to hurt people to build a library? How dare you!
- You violent thug!
- Since when is stealing okay, sir?
- Public schools are built using stolen money. Is this a good lesson to teach our children? That its ok to steal and mooch off the productive?
- So let me get this straight. If one of your armed gang members finds a harmless kid with a plant called marijuana he can be kidnapped (arrested) and held for ransom (bail) and then incarcerated? You are okay with this?
- I will think of more. This could be very fun indeed.
Robert Broadus is running for Congress in MD's 4th District. I met him at the Tea Party in DC; he seems like a good guy!

He was handing out the flyer below and urging people to contact their elected representatives and tell them to vote no to all bailouts or stimulus plans.
5 Reasons Why Bailouts & Stimulus Are Bad Ideas
1. A bailout of stimulus only hides the real problems.
Simply giving money to any company, person, or group of people does not fix things. In fact, it provides a disincentive to make needed changes, as it rewards failure.
2. We already have a process for dealing with insolvent entities, it's called bankruptcy, and it isn't all bad.
It doesn't always mean liquidation. It means taking the painful steps the companies have been unwilling to contemplate to date.
3. Bailing out one industry (or group of people) encourages other sectors to beg for government handouts.
Remember that the $750 Billion Troubled Assets Relief Program was designed only to assist banks, but now insurance companies and even credit card giant American Express are trying to get in on the action.
4. Bailouts have been tried before, and they don't work.
In the 1970s, the British automaker Leyland was given a $16.5 billion bailout to keep them afloat. But 30 years later, most of us have never heard of Leyland, because it no longer exists.
5. The Federal Government has no money.
The 2009 deficit is projected to exceed $1 Trillion. In order to write checks to one company or person, our government must take the money from someone else. Unfortunately, this works out to punishing the productive people in order to give to unproductive groups.

talk to bryan and i can get a list from the liberty strawpoll - many may run again, especially if they know there is a network to support them.
Yeak, look into BJ Lawson or Michael Delevar. I think both planned to run.
Also, since I can't find the original thread atm there is an error on the new site. It says max pledge is $2300 but not that long ago it was bumped up to $2400, I think for inflation.
any links or info [on Virgil Goode]? until we get that, not much i can put up,but if you do not have info until after we launch . it will be ok. we wil have a submit form for you to give info after march 19th![]()
For me, it would be so worth it to see the looks of horror on people's faces at town meetings as I tear apart their crude statist beliefs and lay bare their barbarism. Plus all the freestaters would love me and make up for the hate![]()
IMHO, it would be more effective to be diplomatic during meetings and so on-but lambaste your opponents in public and in the press for their foolishness.![]()
