Ha! They aren't all women though, despite the "mothering" name. In fact the main anti-Libertarian poster on the thread I linked is a male. He has all the others praising his posts.

Hehe just kidding around with "there r no wimmenz on the interbutz" meme. But thats ALOT of women there.

I have a feeling alot of the people over there are ironically pro-choice?

I'm not totally on the fence about gun control I suppose...

... I just wonder why a person with a documented history of mental illness can so readily obtain a gun, as in the case of Virginia Tech. I understand that a bill had proposed to allow students there to carry concealed guns, which may have averted or at least moderated this tragedy.

I understand that the populace needs to be armed as described in the second amendment to prevent tyranny, and I also understand that in dictatorships, disarming the citizenry has usually been a precursor to genocide. As to the arguments that individuals with weaponry could not defeat the US military, the insurgencies in Iraq demonstrate the untruth of that kind of thinking.
