Let's shower Chris Wallace with some love!!

Will he be moderating any future debates?

He moderated enough, thank you very much! He asked infamous question about Iran in last debate, and after Ron answered, he asked again: "So, you are ok with it if Iran have nuclear weapon"? Just to be sure there is enough damage. And that question sole costed as first place at Iowa straw poll. With that kind of friends, Ron don't need enemies. So, if you want to thank somebody for good interwiev today, try sending some emails or tweets to guy that gave good answers today...

What some here seem to be missing is that a letter of appreciation about fair treatment for a specific interview is not an endorsement of someone's overall actions or persona.
It is more akin to giving a biscuit to an otherwise bad dog when he does right to let him know that better behavior will be rewarded. If you mistreat, or even just ignore, a dog's behavior no matter whether they do good or do bad then how are they supposed to know the difference?
[with apologies to dogs for the media comparison]

I couldn't agree more. We need to be fair. If someone screws up, we can on that. If someone does a fair job, we need to give them credit. I wrote to Wallace. I think you all should do the same.

He's not totally to blame though, especially with stories like these:
What was happening did not go unnoticed by the national media. Although on air discussions were rare, private stories abound. And one from an MSNBC journalist, of all things. (MSNBC producers were intercepted in their own debate telling Chris Matthews in his ear piece, “Don’t go to Paul, don’t go to Paul!”)

It seems like there are a lot of people who didn't get to see the interview being televised. A lot of areas in the Northeast were exclusively covering Irene. That's a lot of viewership missing a fabulous interview.

The cynical side of me thought that might have been considered.

Personally, I think he's feeling some of Jon Stewart's heat. Check out the Stewart video. It makes Chris Wallace look like the complete ass that he is. This was just a cover-up, to try to downplay their narrow-minded prejudice against Paul. It's like,

Stewart: "Here's a hundred hours of video showing that Wallace is racist".
FOX: "We can't have that. Someone schedule a niggah for our next show. And be nice to him. That will prove we're not racist."

Except they are.

Show me 50 more interviews where Paul is treated fairly and I might begin to believe it. Until then, the message to FOX should be, "We really appreciate you doing the right thing - FOR A CHANGE. Will you keep it up? Or was this just a sop because Stewart embarrassed the hell out of you?"

Chris wasn't respectful. He started out asking why ron would want to hurt people by getting rid of FEMA. Also, the nicer version of " Electability sir, do you have any?" with the educational campaign question.

It just seemed respectful because ron was flawless in his answers. This is his best interview performance ever. He has really improved, and if he keeps it up, he really can win.

Yea I was having some flash backs on the debates as well but i still sent him a thank you note more flies with sugar ya know.

Please link to the official video so that we can reward FNC with pageviews. If we give the MSM positive feedback it means they will be a bit more likely to do positive things for Ron Paul:

Aye, yes. When sharing, do please link to the official video, as that sows the seed that may grow into more and better coverage in the future. It is always wise to sow good seeds in the anticipation of future harvests.

Chris Wallace was VERY gracious to Dr. Paul in this interview, yes, but let's not forget about his past treatment of the good doctor, remember the "marching orders from AlQueda," line? Wallace could be just going with the flow in this sea change of mainline politics.

Any one notice that when they had the Jessie Benton quote that it said SEPTEMBER 5 with no year.

Wonder if it was from SEPTEMBER 5, 2008? Then the quote would make much more sense. Seems like they are trying to take it out of context.

look...ron's supporters are always viewed as "cooks"...which in turn makes him look bad. all I'm saying is, the least we can do is simply write a "thank you" to him for allowing him the platform to express his ideas & allowing him time to articulate. don't be assholes & say..."well, screw the media!!". where is that going to get us? nowhere!

kill them with kindness.

say "thank you"...and move on.

it's not like you are writing to say how much you love them...just a quick "thank you for allowing ron to appear on your show" would suffice & would help shed the negative image of his supporters. every time you are a dick to them when discussing Paul is that much harder we have to fight.

I sent them an email saying "thank you for having Ron Paul on your show this morning, Chris Wallace gave him a fantastic interview". Can't hurt anything, right?

exactly...short, sweet & not praising Fox...just saying thanks.

thank you Lisa
