We all know that John McCain is a liberal war-monger and does not represent the GOP. John McCain is a deceiver and Communist traitor. He's running as a dead horse against Hillary, because she is the new pet of the establishment. Let's use our grassroots power to destroy the John McCain campaign. Let's expose him for what he is. It's time to play a little dirty; we can swiftboat John McCain to make room for Ron Paul. It's crucial if we really expect a brokered convention.

This site is setting up a petition for people to pledge not to vote for McCain. This is a perfect time to strike against the establishment GOP. This needs to happen soon, and in a big way if Ron Paul is going to have a chance in a brokered convention. If we can weaken the position of John McCain, it comes down to Huck vs. Paul.

Let's go viral. Let's brainstorm!!
 
I see supporters bearing McCain signs chanting in front of the media camera's...

Higher Taxes! - government take care of us from cradle to grave!
Who needs civil rights - we want safety!
Kill a towel head for Jesus! - Eternal war is what God wants!
Debt, shmebt - devauing the dollar is the only way to pay it off!
Fascism!, Fascism!, Fascism! - what's good for Wal Mart is good for the USA!
We Want a one world government - GO McCain!
 
That's a good way to strike at one of the main branches of the problem.

But not at the root.

I say Ron/Revolution launches a McCain/GOP attack campaign never before seen in history. Crush them....beat them down in a corner...make them hurt. What are they going to do? Smear Ron back....they would have to put him on TV for that...ATTACK FULL FORCE!!!!!
 
A group of protesters should rent North Vietnamese uniforms and show up at every John McCain rally and just repeatedly call out to him as "Songbird." They should also be holding up big signs with "John 'Songbird' McCain" painted on the signs.

That would make us look crazy again and make HIM look sympathetic. There are ways to get at him without doing something like that.

The above protesters should just assert that they are from Huck's Army if questioned by MSM or anyone else.

Sorry but there is not point in doing this. Those who we can reach most easily are almost exclusively not voting for McCain (probably Obama or Hillary), so our message would only reaffirm their choice in candidate. Then you to consider there simply isn't enough time, viral campaigning takes time, that is something we don't have. Last, unless Obama gets the dem nom (I can at least stomach him), I see no point in rolling out the red carpet for Hillary, I don't see how she would be an improvement over McCain, so I don't se the point of wasting effort attacking McCain.

This isn't a post about rolling over and accepting defeat, I'm calling for us to better utilize our limited resources. Instead of fruitlessly attacking McCain who is almost sure to loose the general election, lets focus on getting local small government candidates elected. There are pockets where Ron Paul is very popular, areas where we could fairly easy elect a Ron Paul like politician to a high state position or in some case to a seat in Congress or the Senate.

We may not be spreading the message of liberty quite as far as we hoped in '08, but if we can get several Ron Paul like politicians elected to lower offices its at least a start.
 
I like the idea another poster brought up in another thread...We all dress up like gays, rainbow flags and all, and carry a banner reading, "Gays for John McCain". Then march down the street right outside CNN headquarters chanting "The Mac is Back, The Mac Is Back."

Not a bad idea....Fake gay rally for Mccaniac..Some real dirty greased up fruity biker dudes with chained midgets to boot. Get 100 freaks and rally support for Mccain, march these freaks down the main street of every metropolitan city that has not voted yet. That is the ultimate swiftboat haha :D :rolleyes:

McCain Kennedy

Attacking his military record is pointless imo. I know there are people here who for various reasons think his military record is bad - I have no idea who is right or wrong. But the media and most people consider him a war hero - attacking him would hurt us. We have plenty of other ammo:

Amnesty for illegals
Healthcare in Mexico
Having not a clue on economics at this difficult period
Is unwilling to reduce the size of government
Attacks on 1st and 2nd amendment
Works with/endorsed by extreme left wing liberals
