- no license, permit, or any bullshit to open carry. go buy a gun and strap it to your hip, done
- no state income tax
- no state sales tax
- no state capital gains tax
- no seat belt laws

the indoor smoking ban happened after the democrats took over the state house in 2006, which was all about hating bush, nothing to do with state politics. that will change back this year, hopefully. we're certainly working hard on it, and I expect good results. this year the FSP flexes its muscles and shows what it can do.
