Let Us Pray For Huckabee to actually become a Christian.

Anybody who would want to have wars is not really a Christian.

Huckabee is as much a Christian as Osama Bin Laden.

Huckabee seems like a really nice person and he would make a good President... If not Ron Paul, not Fred Thompson, not Mitt Romney, I could see myself voting for him.

Now, if Huckabee dropped out his voters would not flock to Ron Paul, they are conservative morally, the Constitution to them is not a huge issue, they have a higher document they already follow. That is a pie in the sky dream, kind of like Democrats flocking to Ron Paul's banner.

Unreal, can't believe I am reading this stuff... attacking Huckabee is just silly... he is a good man. Heck, all the GOP candidates are good men.. although Rudy is really misguided on some subjects.

It is not an all or nothing world. Dr. Paul has some good ideas, Huckabee has some good ideas...

I don't agree. I think their primary motivation for seeking the Presidency is simply a lust for power, and everything else is a rationalization.

I totally disagree with that statement! Especially when it comes to the GOP candidaates. But I believe some of the Dems also are running out of a desire to do good... with the exception maybe of Hilary.

Or maybe you could tell me the second commandment of Jesus.

Because if you call Mr. Huckabee a 'good man,' and Mr. Huckabee calls himself a Christian, you are going to have to somehow align Mr. Huckabee's evil policies with the Bible.

And, the truth is, you cannot do it.

But, I'm open to hearing your arguments.

well, then this is an unfair discussion because I am a Christian. So we're coming from different places.

But, I'm sure an Existentialist can appreciate that lying does not make one a 'good man.'

To be fair, I think that 'good' or 'evil' does not really even fit into an Existentialist framework.
