Read up on the FAQ at ytmnd.com and you can see there is established precedent that pure Internet parody with no commercial content, has been upheld as free speech.

Right, which is why he wouldn't get a legal judgment against him in court, but Rudy can still take the domain from him through ICANN's processes.

It was only $10 and spoof site it isn't, all facts and nothing but the facts. While all you Paulies think freedom and thinking for yourselves is the way to go, I have to agree with Rudy when he says;

What we don't see is that freedom is not a concept in which people can do anything they want, be anything they can be. Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do.

EVERYTHING would be factual that's posted. Rudy has so much of his glorious past documented and filmed. I just want to share that with my fellow Rudy supporters. I'd like to thank all you Paul supporters for being so congenial. Heck I support him too, anyone with a Republican tag at the end of their name!!!
