Wait a minute, I know RP didn't actually write the newsletter, but how is it racist to say the last thing we need are a bunch of Haitians with AIDS? It's not like they were bringing a bunch of Haitians over here and a lot of Haitians have AIDS, the actual plan was to bring only Haitians who tested positive for HIV!
