Delegates, you have to make your own decision on this, but people here are only speculating, either way. There is a conference call with the attorneys tomorrow and you or someone asking questions for you could be on that call. There are call in numbers. It is in another thread. I'm not vouching for the case in any way, I think delegates need to be cautious but some might think if they were kicked out, for example, that there isn't much on the bad side that could occur. Make up your own mind.

I am NOT vouching for this, but I would look at it if I were a delegate, and decide for myself.

I am NOT a delegate, yet Lawyers for Ron Paul have contacted me multiple times to get as much info as possible about vote flipping. Recently they have been specifically interested in vote flipping of delegates such as we have described in AL, RI, PA. I'm also analyzing TN for vote flipping of delegates.

The information I'm using is from the various Secretary of State or County websites. Totally public information. If Lawyers for Ron Paul would be interested in screwing delegates, they would not be talking to me.

I am personally convinced these guys are helping us MUCH more than the campaign, headed by Jesse Benton ever did.

I suggest that you delete your post. You have absolutely no facts to make that claim.

I don't know what to think of this lawsuit, but I can understand why PatriotOne is concerned. I have listened to some of the conversations that have taken place that he referred to and there is something going on. Who or what is doing what is hard to tell. We know that Lawyers for Ron Paul got onboard with Richard "after" he filed the lawsuit. etc...

PatriotOne, I understand and appreciate RPF members being skeptical of this lawsuit. I have read many posts here with great interest since I am a delegate from NV. I am not saying you are wrong to criticize but I am not convinced, as you are, that this is a scam. I would like respond to some of the points you made in your warning. I am not sure how this will end up but I don’t see anyone else trying to fight this fight and I certainly don’t trust the RNC to allow us to vote our conscience.

Listen to the campaign. The campaign has been silent. We have had zero contact so we decided to start organizing without their help. And at the 2008 RNC, the campaign gave very little guidance or support during the convention. Finally, when they did give advice they basically said… don’t feel obligated to vote for RP. The result… our four NV RP delegates voted for McCain.

This is an attempt to find out who our delegates are... They already know who we are… this is no secret (at least here in NV). I’m sure that in almost every other state, the republican party already knows which delegates are Paul supporters.

…perhaps even worse, an attempt to bind you, using the courts, to the state rules. We already are bound as far as the state and national Republican Party is concerned. I have received an email from the secretary of the NV state republican party telling me I have been assigned to vote Romney on the first ballot. So even if the court does not agree with this lawsuit nothing changes for me.

You already are not bound. Not according to what I have been told from the Republican Party. And if it comes down to a rule interpretation at the RNC what do you think will happen? They have and will continue to interpret their rules to suit their desires.

Not an enemy. I just really really dont like him. He, protected by anonymity, is sitting behind his monitor and he spits venom and insults at people who identified them selfs and are doing this for free. I really have strong aversion toward people who lie, issue death threats, insult, flame people like that and PatriotOne is unfortunately one of that kind. I politely asked him to stop with wich hunt and with insulting people like that few times. When he didnt stop I - rep him and asked him to stop and he wrote in his -rep to me "For being a "useful idiot"".... He didnt say it might be a trap he "screams" and writes in big red letters his lies, insults and ridiculous conspiracy theories from shadows. What he and people like him are doing is wrong, immoral and evil.

Regarding your concerns: I know about them. Fact is that there is a coalition of groups that are more or less involved in this. Some of those groups have their own projects that have nothing to do with lawsuit and to connect these things is logical fallacy.

Anyone who had any doubts and concerns had opportunity to speak to Richard live and ask him anything. Anyone who wants to find the truth can contact LFRP and Richard any time he wants but for some people it is easier to operate in shadows and ignorance...

I really really really dont like what some people said and wrote.It is evil and wrong.

The Wikipedia article Republican Party presidential primaries, 2012 needs to be cleaned up to reflect the dispute around bound delegates. Be professional, and source your material. Wikipedia is a primary information source used by many - including the media.

What about this Saturday Nebraska delegates? The GOP is totally prepared for battle this time around. It's a given that the establishement will do anything to not give Ron Paul a 5th state win.
