Lawyers for Ron Paul LIVE NOW!!!!!!!!

Dr. K will be featuring Lawyers for Ron Paul's own Jerry Davis and Arizona Delegate, Pepper Draper on his RBN radio show at 8-10 PST tonight. They will be discussing the latest reactions from MSM, and even Dr Ron Paul's responses to our lawsuit.

Oh wow. Jerry Davis of Lawyers for Ron Paul said he just got off a phone call tonight that disturbed him tremendously. He said he can't go into details but he stated, this phone call detailed enough info, he is considering contacting the Federal Marshals and get them involved.

Hopefully this goes further than just "considering" doing something...

He claims they have certifiable evidence that "inside" people within the campaign intentionally screwed up Virginia, North Dakota and Maui, Hawaii. Woah!!

Man this is like getting hooked on a good series. Can't wait for the next installment. Lawyers for Ron Paul go get 'em.

The way he sounded, whatever it is, he claims there is enough there to have the Marshals make a arrest. I think he's going to consult with the lawyers on the team.

Pepper Drake, a delegate from Arizona is now discussing the vote shenanagans that took place. She said the machines that were used were still being tested prior to voting. She asked the tester, if he fully tested the machine before voting started. The tester claims no, he was still in the process of testing it when they stopped him.

Is anyone else on here listening? I could use help with play by play.

She has the name of the computer programmer in AZ. She claims he was trying to fix errors in the machines before voting, but they used the machines before it was completely fixed. She claims the GOP hired this guy instead of a independent programmer. Claims while the programmer was fixing the machine he kept on talking about Romney, saying he hoped Romney will be the nominee.

I can say from experience it is more likely the programmer probably had no nefarious motives, just a bit of incompetence and a lot of procrastination. From what I've read from her written testimony (either here or at the DP), he didn't sound so much like a programmer, rather someone who knew how to put together some excel macros.

These are voting machines for Christ's sake, it's not like they're programming the latest ti-84 graphing calculator.

Because the case number is listed as SACP (Special Action Civil Process with the court, it recieves urgent attention and will be handled in a expedient manner prior to convention.

Ok, so basically this Pepper Drake chick is saying that the GOP was too cheap to use the state election software from the primaries, so they hired an independent programmer to make a program for them to count the delegate votes. This guy was openly a Romney supporter. He had just finished the program the night before the election, and hadn't done any real testing. There were two pages for ballots, but nothing to identify them as page 1(#1-#250) or 2(#1-#150). Everyone was supposed to vote for 31 people total, but because there was nothing identifying these pages, people were able to vote for 31 on EACH PAGE, and the machine was double counting votes because of the duplicate numbers. There were asterisks notating Romney delegates. They have so far refused hand counts. Supposedly ballot stuffing was witnessed at some point during this convention, but Pepper said she did not personally witness that.

I've known stuff was bad for a while, but just wow...

@CPUd - While I could understand the argument for an inept programmer, I find it a tad odd they are refusing hand counts if that is the case.

I don't even think this guy had any access to the software 'in' the machines; he was connected to it and getting the output in a format like csv, then he was to merge the data and make it human-readable.

They just confirmed that Gingrich delegates are coming on board with the suit.
