this lawyer is seeking justice and calling into question the entire yarn that promised change and a fair shake,

and he is revealing that the white house. . . is still, just that

Dinesh is just as crazy as Obama, to be fair.

That being said, no one should be arrested over taxes, as they shouldnt exist.

The family has a new lawyer. Saw him and Miriams sister on a talk show last week discussing the case. It isn't over yet folks...

It isn't over yet folks...

Yeah, it is. It's been over forever.

There will be an elimination of an entire cabinet department before Miriam Carey gets justice.
All US troops will withdraw from South Korea before Miriam Carey gets justice.
Social Security will be made optional before Miriam Carey gets justice.

As long as we're naively hoping the fedgov will do something right for the first time ever, I think we should shoot higher.

Was Miriam Carey shot in the back of her head out of "abundance of caution"?

Authorities said the threats did not appear to be credible. They described searches done on three of the jets as a precaution.

In one instance Monday morning, U.S. military jets escorted an Air France flight into New York City after someone claimed a chemical weapon was aboard the aircraft, the FBI said.

"Out of an abundance of caution, Air France flight number 22 was escorted to John F. Kennedy airport by U.S. Air Force fighter jets following a phone threat," the FBI said in a statement.

Wow, I'm shocked.

LOL @ "working within the system for peaceful change".

Man, I wish I could +rep this about a million times or so.

Working within the system, be that through the courts or through political action and electoral politics, or whatever, is doomed to abject failure before you even begin. In fact, I believe, it's actually counter productive. You'd be better off doing almost anything else.

"You must spread some reputation around before giving it to Anti Federalist again."

Lots of people have been shot dead. I think Miriam Carey was an atrocity but we need to move forward and stop this kind of thing, not get stuck in it.

Lot of injustices have been done and many innocent killed by cops. So we need not keep bringing up "Justice for Miriam Carey" because we have to march forward towards progress and justice for all.

Did I paraphrase your sentiment above accurately?

Although I would question the premise of even that statement as it is not everyday that cops who kill an unarmed suspicious looking mother near white house get standing ovation from Congress and the lawyer of family gets arrested soon after he talks legal action.

No.

I meant it is time to move forward and stand together in the cause of freedom for all.

Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau resigns; protesters shout down Mayor Betsy Hodges

Video (01:18) : Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges shouted down by protesters during Harteau presser

Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau resigned abruptly Friday amid growing criticism from the public and the City Council following the fatal police shooting of Justine Damond.
The chief’s departure came at the request of Mayor Betsy Hodges, who promptly nominated Assistant Chief Medaria Arradondo, a 28-year veteran of the force, to replace Harteau. The move ended Harteau’s 4½-year run as the first woman and first openly gay person to head the department.
The death of Damond, a native Australian who had moved to Minneapolis to be with her fiancé, thrust Minneapolis into the international spotlight. It also has generated public skepticism about the department and its training, including from city officials who have questioned why the officers involved didn’t turn on their body cameras.

After six days of sometimes violent protests over George Floyd’s death, with little response from President Donald Trump other than to cheer on law enforcement, former President Barack Obama published a Medium piece Monday with some thoughts on how real change can be affected during this pivotal time in U.S. history.
