CNN a couple minutes ago said that 1% of North Carolina votes came in for president.

Holy hell, if these results don't get much better, then the Republican label has been hopelessly tainted. A Price blowout can only be the product of huge amounts of voters automatically considering all Republicans toxic.

That isn't remotely possible, especially if you also have the lesser of two evils going your way. His district is 28% GOP, 46% Dem, and the rest are LP or Undeclared, you would have to lose a good chunk of the GOP vote to get 24%.

There are less votes for president counted than one congressional district, so I doubt these numbers as well.

Lawson is against the war in iraq.

I completely expect him to lose a portion of the GOP vote to Price, because Price is all for it.

Wait, the most democrat part of the district (Orange) is where all the votes are coming from. It will at least get much closer.
