Laura Ingraham stream with Ron Paul 11:30am ET (tube added)

WOW surprised to see Laura Ingraham agree with Ron on the killing of Al-Awlaki being illegal, wow.

If Busch was still pres she would say it is ok to go after these bad guys and kill them.

Ron Paul points out anti-war rallies and rallies for MLK where the FBI was doing things they shouldn't be doing.

Laura says she's really upset about the loss of due process.

Thank for your updates -- right on!

She just came back on and rallied behind Netanyahu and said 'she disagreed with Ron Paul on this'.

I doubt she will ever come around on intervention abroad…

It is extremely tough to shift people's perceptions when they are whole-heartedly jingoistic. Moral-relativism is the most difficult thing to switch-off in people.

Furthermore - giving token love for the troops makes these hosts filthy rich. They hold rallies for the troops - get music acts to come out - people pay money - think they're patriots. The hosts skim money off the top - sell a bunch of ghost-written books, make their sponsors money, and everyone goes home happy. Everyone but the maimed and dead troops, the civilians we bomb, and the countries we occupy that is.

The bottom line is that she is O'Reilly's right hand gal and she even gets to fill in for him on some Fridays (when she's not a guest on the show). As seen in the past, she'll allow Ron a decent interview then immediately makes note of something(s) that she disagrees with him on. I really can't stand her, Sean and Bill and that's coming from a fellow Catholic.

Last time she was confrontational with Paul, he absolutely destroyed her. I don't think she will make that mistake again soon.

That's ok, though! She didn't come out and call him a crank, or a loon, or dangerous - she simply respectfully said she disagreed with him . That's not a problem - that's a discussion.

Laura points out that under Mubarak, Christians and religious minorities were safer, but now they're being chased out by the brotherhood.

Christians were also safer under Saddam then under the current regime in Iraq.

Laura is definitely coming around, slowly.

While you may be a recovering neocon, Laura is definitely not. She was okay with Ron today, by which I mean she didn't jump down his throat. It almost seemed like she was perfunctorily allowing him to make his points rather than interrupting and belittling him, which is what she normally does to his supporters and to the man himself when he's not on the air with her. Want to know if she's "coming around?" All you need to do is watch her on the election coverage on Fox tonight and you'll see the real Laura. My guess is that she'll revert to the Laura we all know and loathe.
