The petition would come from Mr. Howard himself, notarized and certified that he has presented the money to the state of new hampshire in a timely fashion and his good faith effort was thwarted by an institutional error. How would I know? Ask a lawyer. He'll be there with lawyers in the morning and a bank check? I'd like to get some sleep tonight.

Relax. They haven't said they won't take the payment and do the recount. If they do say that, The People will change their minds.

Glenn Beck's guest has just announced that there are plans in effect to 'retrofit' the internet with the capability for the government to monitor every email and browsing history of every user of the internet. As if they can't do that already, but they are making it public now.

How did anyone expect to get a certified check out of PayPal on same-day notice? To my knowledge, PayPal doesn't even issue certified checks.

Yeah, that's been discussed. Have you noticed that there was roughly a 24 hour period to give the $2k filing fee and then a 24 hour period to make the payment which was only determined at that moment?

And have you considered that at the time when Paypal yanked the Grannywarrior fund we were about $5k short of the required funds? Ever try to raise about $65k and effect a wire transfer in 24 hours?

Did you listen to the Ettaro interview linked in previous posts which puts you right into the thick of things with those most directly involved?

It is upto the government to ensure and prove that the elections are fair and fraud proof not the citizens!

So far it has been the citizens to demand that NH was a fair election, but the Government has financially penalised the citizens for demading a recount to ensure the vote was fair and now they are trying to say that the citizens did not provide 65k within 24 hours notice so the vote if it was fraud doesn't matter because the citizens cound't hand over the cash in the time the Govt said. So if it was fraud tough!
