La Jolla California, this Saturday: "Get Out: Pancakes, Wine and Rand Paul"

Maybe he's on "Good Morning Oceanside" or visiting Seal Beach.

lol@Good morning Oceanside..and visiting Seal Beach..

I could imagine an interview on KUSI or one of the other local TV stations in San Diego, San Diego is, afterall, the 6th largest city in the nation. Also a great place to vacation with the family, I wonder if they are coming with him.

Speaking of KUSI, that's the station John Coleman is on, he's the founder of the Weather Channel and airs specials debunking global warming on KUSI.

4 hour drive for me, which isn't so bad, except that I have to drive through the heart of the beast (L.A.) which totally blows.. and I just went down there like a week ago.. dammit!! I still want to go..

Come down! We can meet!

San Diego is a pretty conservative town.. TONS of military personnel.. That's one of the reasons I don't live there, it's a different brand of conservatism than me, I kinda prefer living amongst the progressives where I am.

I might be able to go. I am about an hour and a half away. I will have to see if I can get there.

Wow............. It's going to be raining, possible lightning storms, and winds around 20-30+ mph.... in a place that is 70 degrees and sunny about 330 days a year..

Warwicks is indoors. Bring an umbrella and wear a coat. But get there early, parking in L.J. is horrible. And don't let weather be a deterrent. ;)

I'd say the same to you if it were in the San Fernando valley.... but it would add an hour to your drive, likely each way.

I don't know. I've signed up for the virtual Tea Party Patriots summit Ron will be speaking at at the same time (to vote in their straw poll since C4L seems interested in that.) I was thinking I could watch it on youtube assuming I can vote by phone or something, but a book signing isn't CPAC nor a political rally, and I may end up missing this one. I expect I'll have other opportunities to show support. I just haven't quite given up on it, if things seem like they'll fall the right way.

I'd like to know, too. I was waiting for the vote to come up in the straw poll at that time and didn't make it down to San Diego.

Bad weather I think came through early, I'll bet it was sunny and 70 degrees afterall.

Young Americans for Liberty from UC San Diego, Cal State Fullerton, and Western Law University. My friend Patrick went and got a signed book for me too, sadly I couldn't attend because I had to go to Northern California on that same weekend ><.

Mark and I went. I told Dr. Paul that I loved the schooling he gave Letterman and he started laughing. Then he said he was surprised that Letterman wasn't very nice. He said he expected him to be nicer than he was. I also told him that I phone banked for him and he said how amazed he was at how many people around the country did that for him and how much he appreciated it. He is a very gracious man, and it was an honor to meet him.

Glad you made it. I phone banked too, and I think they had a great system which I hope will function nationwide in 2012!

Thanks for the pictures, Ozzy!
