I disagree. The case should have been dismissed with prejudice at the earliest opportunity, and the prosecution should have been sanctioned for wasting everyone's time.

Letting the case drag on as it did, lended credibility to the idea there was even a case at all.

The only good things that could have possibly come out of this trial:
1) The people who got red-pilled from the prosecution's slimy scum-baggery
2) Kyle has a better case in civil suits to get his mega yacht $$ from all the slander

I was at lunch today and they had FOX news on, showing live footage of the steps of the courthouse. Someone just, collapsed out of nowhere, for no reason. Cops came in and created a perimeter, the anchor motioned for the cameraman to pan away and then they went to helicopter footage as an ambulance came in and took the stretcher away. There were no mobs, no fights, nothing of the sort. Just one more sudden collapse out of nowhere.

I said dismissed with prejudice, but I meant mistrial with prejudice, which I think are different things. But I'm no lawyer. Regardless, dismissal would have given the left a narrative victory. They would be saying that a corrupt judge let him off and that they he would have been convicted had the case gone to the jury. The question would loom large over it, no one ever knowing what would have happened had it been given to the jury. They're going to go after the judge anyway, they already are. If he had dismissed it, that would only be compounded.

A jury that deliberated for days judged him not guilty. That's as thorough as you can get. It delegitimizes the left's anger and marrative more than any other outcome.

Normally, if White Guy Rosenbaum uses the N-word the press would be all over him. But not this guy... Too hard to fit that into the narrative.

No there won't. That happened a few miles from my house in FL. It's not a great area over there in Gifford, but far from the worst. They at least try to keep their community nice. Nobody would loot or burn there.

He is still guilty of felon in possesion and got jail time.
