Kyle Rittenhouse going back to jail for not taking the state seriously.

Prosecutors claim Rittenhouse has not lived where he claims he's living since at least mid-December -- based on an investigation by Kenosha PD -- and has failed to provide the court with his current address for weeks.

My money says Kyle was concerned about where he was living becoming a target. I'm sure he's been doxxed. Besides, he's wearing an ankle monitor. So who cares about his current address?

Regarding the last 5 minutes or so where he discusses Jan 6,

this is why I think Jan 6 was so important, and why everyone who participated there is a hero.

Jan 6 was a call to action, and a wake-up call.

It re-invigorated a rebellious spirit of this country that for centuries has lain dormant.

Before Jan 6 noone thought a civil war would actually be possible.

Now they do.

The judge seems to be a reasonable, rational person, who isn't putting up with the prosecution's bull$#@!.

Looks like Rittenhouse may yet get a fair trial.

He will be aquitted. He was only charged so they didn't burn the rest of the city down. That is how these things work.

Judge said looters cannot be referred to as victims. Then 15 min of Tim repeating himself.

Thank you. Glad to hear he has a judge that seems somewhat impartial.

Also, you dated yourselves by knowing what a crib note is.

When in history did this begin? A trial or long meeting with attorneys and judge to decide what can happen at the trial. In years past didn't people show up on a date, pick a jury and go to trial? This judge could just as easily be stacking the deck against Rittenhouse or any defendant. There is too much authority or sway given to one person in a robe.

Pre-trial evidentiary hearings have always been an option if one side questions the viability of the others evidence.

Most of the time it's the state being called to the carpet.
