BREAKING: Father says he ‘WILL K*LL’ the man who broke into his Kentucky home and st*bbed his six-year-old boy to death after he was released from prison having served just half his sentence

The boy’s father says, “I’ve had my talks with God… I told the court if I ever cross paths with him, I will k*ll the man — I will k*ll him where he stands.”

Ronald Exantus, 42, was released early from prison for good behavior

He m*rdered Logan Tipton and severely injured his father and two young sisters

Exantus entered the home through an unlocked door on the night of December 6, 2015

Logan was st*bbed repeatedly in the head so forcefully that the knife blade bent

Exantus was sentenced to 20 years in 2018 after being found not guilty by reason of insanity for the m*rder and guilty but mentally ill on the assault charges

Ronald Exantus, a 42-year-old former dialysis nurse from Indianapolis, was released from prison on October 1, 2025, after serving less than seven years of a 20-year sentence for the 2015 stabbing death of 6-year-old Logan Tipton in Versailles, Kentucky.

He was found not guilty by reason of insanity for the murder and burglary charges but was convicted on two counts of second-degree assault and one count of fourth-degree assault, resulting in a 20-year sentence.

Not guilty by reason of insanity is bullshit.

The person committed a crime, and the punishment should fit the crime.

No, it's not bullshit. What's bullshit is the anarcho-commies using that as an excuse to release them when it should mean they're institutionalized. And I do mean institutionalized unless and until they can get a real cure.

Anything else is dereliction of their express duty to the public who pays them.

Sorry, it's a reminent of old school bleeding heart liberalism.

Now they have "radical empathy", because just being illogical and ineffective is not radical enough.

Whether institutionalized, imprisoned or executed, they committed a crime which requires punishment, and additionally in many cases, these people should not be released into society.

Violence is simply an artificial construction.

(most likely caused by White Supremacy)

So says NYC's next mayor.

Are you gonna be the one paying for it?

As if you're not. As if incarcerated in a hospital for the criminally insane is any different from incarcerated in prison -- in some places, it's just a ward in the state's max security prison. As if that's more expensive than the legal dog and pony show generally required before execution.

For your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each man, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of his fellow man. Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man. (Genesis 9:5,6)

In this verse, God has made a promise to all mankind: he will surely demand an accounting from anyone who sheds human blood, including both men and animals. That is, God takes the lives of man-killer animals in retribution for killing human life. How much more does He does so in the case of men who take human life (regardless of insanity/etc.)? When the State interjects itself into the matter, it is picking a fight with Almighty God over Genesis 9. Good luck with that. God has obliterated every empire of history, there is nothing of them but ashes and ruins remaining. The current empires will also be obliterated. They get to choose their timeline, and nothing will speed it up faster than blatantly contradicting the word of God and flaunting God to his face. Have fun reaping the whirlwind...

I'm opposed to prisons of any form, hospital or otherwise
