I'm not a fan of the Kochs, but maybe they dislike both Trump and Hillary equally? I wouldn't waste my money running ads against either candidate if I had the cash and disliked both candidates.

As new reports indicate that the Koch Brothers are furthering Hillary Clinton’s candidacy by refusing to run negative ads against her [...]

I don't much care for the Kochs, but I'm not running any negative ads against Hillary Clinton, either.

So when do I get accused of "furthering" her candidacy?

You want to run negative ads against Clinton? Great! But use your own damn money.

Don't snivel because somebody else isn't spending theirs to do it for you.

Same here.

Oh, give me a break. If the Koch Bros are having Paul Ryan headline their event, surely none of you believe that Koch is a libertarian. It seems pretty apparent that the Kochs are going to help Ryan keep his seat. Ryan is nothing but an establishment politician. And yeah, a huge TPP advocate.

And I bet you won't be saying much if he was backing Trump and not hosting events with Paul Ryan. Am I Right or am I right?

Of course. Just like I wouldn't have called the Koch Bros pieces of shit if they were doing this fundraiser for Ron or Rand Paul.

BUT THEY AREN'T.

They are doing it for Paul Ryan.

......
Koch staff repeatedly told reporters Saturday that they’re not focused on the outcome of the presidential race between Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton. "We’re focusing on the Senate,” said spokesman James Davis.
......

The Koch network will essentially be indifferent about the outcome of the presidential race. “We have no intention to go after Donald Trump,” said Holden, who's also chairman of Freedom Partners. Nor do they plan to run anti-Hillary Clinton advertisements, he said.

The Koch network's budget for electoral politics will be about $250 million in the 2016 cycle, as well as another $500 million for academic think tanks and community programs. It's been reported that the group would spend $889 million between last year and this one, but that was "a wish list number," Holden said.
