From my information, Kathy is not dealing with bitcoins but I will covert bitcoins to USD and include it in with everything.

So everything can be ID'ed in there. I'm not sure the best way to do the conversion so will work with whoever donates to get the best rate, etc. This might take a day to iron out. :o I'll add this to the OP.
