Story here (among several)

Do you suppose ICE could slow things down a bit, and just use some common sense?

Kasper Juul Eriksen, now 32, left his home in Aalborg, Denmark, as a teenager in 2009 and spent a year in the U.S. as a high school exchange student in Starkville, Mississippi. He and a local teenager, Savannah Hobart, fell in love. After he returned to Aalborg, he and Savannah maintained their relationship for four years, across an ocean and seven time zones.

Kasper immigrated to the US (green card holder) in 2013 and got a job as a welder. He married Savannah in 2014. They have four children with a fifth on the way.

Kasper and Savannah traveled to Memphis for what he thought to be the final interview in his application for U.S. citizenship on April 15, 2025. He was taken into custody due to what the family described as a paperwork discrepancy dating back to 2015. He has since been held at the LaSalle Detention Center, an ICE facility in Jena, Louisiana.

There are no reports of him having eaten the pets of the local population. Maybe he forgets to cross his t's or dot his i's on occasion. Four kids and a fifth on the way - ICE is always going to be able to find him at his home address. At least he's not in a prison in El Salavdor (kind of sad that's the positive spin). Well, he is a Ginger (an "N", an "I", a couple of "G's", an "E" and an "R" ... an anagram is close enough, right?); so he probably doesn't have a soul.

AF: He's already brought four white kids into the US population, and he's got a fifth on the way. All are of White European Christian descent (well, OK, probably Lutheran). He's doing his part to bring your dream to fruition. I expect he's probably already lost his welding job because he's been detained for over a month.

"At 8 a.m. on April 15, 2025, we arrived in Memphis for his final interview together. There, we were met by ICE agents. Kasper was detained for a paperwork miscommunication from 2015, and I was sent home with no explanation and no idea where my husband had been transported," she said. "I was 22 weeks pregnant at the time, and as I drove the 3-hour journey back to Sturgis, Mississippi, to say I couldn't control my emotions would be an understatement."

That's sad, but he should be able to get things straightened out.

Well, that's some fancy math.

Grok estimates 100 hours per deported immigrant in DHS time. Grok estimates after the new bill passes we'll have between 16K and 26K agents, for a total man-hour-per-year of 23.76 million man hours (using the liberal estimate of 26K).

So figuring 11 million illegal immigrants at 100 hours we get 1.1 billion hours, then divide that by 23.76 million man-hours-per-year, we get:

46.3 years.

MAGA is living in fantasy land with this deportation crap. So they will make a show to make the racists happy, the wars will continue and your country will be defeated because they are obsessing about minutia.

Instead of stopping the police state you are worshipping it.

Nice try at apples and oranges confusion, the agents and DHS are not the bottleneck, the judges and hearings are.
We can easily increase the rate of deportations by DHS and call in lots of help from other agencies.

Eisenhower showed the way and we can easily surpass him.
Self deportations will multiply the government efforts.
Your great replacement has failed and we will be reversing it.

I simply compared what you showed - "It will take judges 7 years to have hearing for all the potential deportees."

to my math: "It will take DHS 46 years to deport all the potential deportees."

So it's certainly apples to apples. You can cry like a baby and go "nuh-uh", but just re-iterating what I easily refuted isn't going to change the numbers. The bottleneck is most certainly DHS.

Due process isn't a bottleneck, but Dotard Trump needs a scapegoat for his miserable doomed-to-fail plan.

This of course assumes he is in control or sincere. He most certainly isn't. I'm of the opinion that the goal is to create a police state and undermine due process in general. Trump is just a willing dupe. "All power to the Executive Branch" is the real goal. The uniparty is in line with this goal. The judiciary is less bribe-able and more independent. Therefore, the enemies of this country must discredit and dismantle it through lawfare.

Thanks for playing.

No, the calculations on the judges were all ridiculously generous and that was made clear, in reality it would take far longer than 46 years.
And the DHS calculation is easy to improve and that's already being done.

You just want to make sure the problem can't be fixed.

My calculations take into account the budget realities after this disaster of a bill slithering its way through Congress. Try to pay attention.

So even if your posted calculations were "less generous" by a factor of 7, you still aren't showing a judicial bottleneck.

You seem to think we are in an existential war. That the constitution should be suspended, martial law implemented, and all power be given to the current administration until said "war" is complete. You want the U.S. to be the next Ukraine.

The problem you want to fix is the existence of the rule of law. You want to bow down to a worldly king. But the King who reigns in Heaven, the one you pretend to follow, Him you reject. His followers you persecute.

This process is happening all over the world. Here in the U.S. the propaganda is advanced, but the persecution is not. From a worldly perspective we are certainly losing. But this is prophesied. God will not abandon us forever.
