It's very out of context. The full context is that this was before Trump was ever elected, and Patel was a Trump campaign surrogate to attack Biden/Harris. The subject is Obama/Biden/Harris supporting Iran, and that Iran supported Harris. They talked about Trump's previous sanctions to keep money from Iran/Hamas, thus, the context was to "prioritize" Israel over Iran.
