Karl Rove on Greta talking about BTO, Ron Paul

I just went to youtube to find an interview between Greta and Ron Paul.. ANY interview between Greta and Ron Paul..

I could not find one. Can anyone, anywhere show me one video where she's talking to Ron Paul or talking about anything Ron Paul has accomplished in this campaign or four years ago??

But yet now she's an authority on what he needs to do in his campaign? Sorry, no. She's the enemy.

And don't get me started on Karl Rove.

Dr. Paul definitely needs a "Jobs" ad. He should mention the tax cuts and regulations because they are important, but that pretty much sums up everyone else's plan too. He also needs to mention that cutting $1 trillion from the deficit frees up $1 trillion for private businesses to borrow and that strengthening the dollar will attract foreign investment into this country and lower consumer prices. If he can sum all of that up in a TV ad it will differentiate his jobs plan from the others.

I am shocked Karl Rove was so... "generous." He isn't the nicest guy around, especially to our types.

Karl lives like 3 blocks from me, he walks by my place at least once a day, he looks like a normal balding aging man...no private security, nothing...just like Ron...we can win, Ron can win...Ron has had an influence already...but Karl is right...we need to broaden our base, only Ron can do that...I have had like three discussions today with chicks about Ron and they all say their Republican dads think Ron is wrong on the war on terror...they all watch FOX news etc...puking when I hear this, but Ron needs to address war on terror better....

Ron will NOT do that because he doesn't "compromise".
That might be why Rand Paul has better chance of winning than Ron in any race.

Of course Rand has a much better chance, not only for his infinitely better articulacy, but also his political correctness. Attending the AIPAC conference couldn't have hurt either.

I'm far from giving up on Ron. Nowhere to go but up.

Wrong on terror? How?

You need to show those girls the YouTube video of Ron in 97, 98, 99 and July of 2001 giving speeches on the House floor talking about how our foreign policy of imperialism in the Middle East will lead to more terrorism. Ron Paul predicted 9/11 type of events.

I have changed people's mind and got them thinking. You have to flip the roles. Ask those girls (to ask their dads) or anyone who believes in the U.S. ruling the world. What if Iran, Saudi, Iraq, etc. had military bases here in America right in their backyards? Then what if those countries launched wars into other states killing innocent women, children and entire families? Then simply ask them if that would make them happy or pissed off? Most would agree with Ron Paul that we have created much of the terrorism.

It works for me almost every time. If it doesn't, at least you planted the seed...

Some people don't want us in their countries just like we don't want them in OURS.

The reason he was "nice" to Ron Paul on his statements is because he knows that all ron paul supporters hate him, so don't take this seriously. We can still expose this human being for what he is: a war promoter, torture advocate and a neocon that lied about WMD.

When Liberty begins, we must put him and the rest of his buddies into trial.

Finally a sane post.

Rove is the definition of a dooosh. Cheat, lie, pander, say anything/mean none of it, smear, sling mud, bag lap, fix votes, block votes, stuff ballot boxes, invent lurid rumors, eat corn dogs, kiss babies (then eat them after the election)...

...and this is the puke stain who's advice Ron Paul should heed? What f*&^king next?

FLASHBACK: December 2007...

McCain has fallen in the polls from #1 to the basement. His campaign is broke and has to borrow money to pay existing campaign debt. He signs up for federal matching funds and he couldn't even comment on RP's question about the President's Working Group On Financial Markets on a nationally televised debate because he didn't even know what it is.

Then, a miraculous 3 weeks. McCain skyrockets to #1 and wins New hampshire. He wins the gay vote. He wins the Anti-War vote...

Think that was because McCain suddenly decided to "broaden his base", or any other such BS reason? Think again... please.

It was an all-out blitz of face time in the MSM, coupled with blatant vote fraud.

During a mandated vote recount, Bev Black catches NH officials red-handed illegally leaving ballots unattended, after which the ballot boxes are found to have their seals broken, which is caught on video. Voters in small precincts give testimonial to having voted for RP in numbers higher than the totals given to RP.

The media goes into full swing, touting the huge win for "The Maverick".

Show me another GOP candidate who draws the crowds and receives the standing ovation RP consistently gets at EVERY speech in EVERY state he gives one.

Take the 3 major defense contractor-owned nightly network news programs and the PBS news hour and have them all do a week-long, an in-depth series of RP, showing standing room only, standing ovation-filled RP rallies in Iowa, NH and SC, constantly calling him "Front Runner" instead of "Quixotic Libertarian Crank Who Doesn't Stand A Chance Of Winning The Nomination" and Rove's BS advice evaporates and the election will be over before it happens... RP by a landslide.

Please with the "Rove is right on this" BS!!! He's only lying through his rotten buck teeth, trying to legitimize why RP will lose, by hook or by crook, to the establishment mafia, which is a foregone conclusion.

The people are scared of Ron. The hype is Ron would leave us unprotected and make us go broke at the same time he would fire half the government workers according to the libs that is very scary to them. The people think they need to be taxed for us to get out of this mess. Politics is really going hard ball now because there really is so much at stake now. The tax thing is what is getting Cain so much support. Republicans are liberals now except for abortion it is the only issue that they can keep the people whipped up over.

We are going to have to get smarter than them they have caught on they know how to counter us.

He's right. He was right about Cain too. He always mentions Ron when he mentions polling.

We need to broaden the base.

Agreed completely on the requirement to broaden the base. Problem is that many do the exact opposite, see this thread for example. Talk about shooting ourselfs in the foot. If we want to win elections we are going to focus on broadening the base from within.

Wow I'd say there's a lot of truth in what you wrote.

Say what you want about Rove, hate him, whatever. He knows how to win elections.

It's up to us (or Ron) to broaden the base?

As far as I know, the door is open. All they have to do is come on in.

What Rove is really saying is that Ron needs to compromise his principles. That will broaden his base right?

Just endorse the warfare, welfare state Ron and you'll have all the neo-con base you can stand.

Right....

I've got a better idea. Give up the warmongering bullheadedness all you neo-cons and win.

Does Karl really want Ron's base to be broadened? If he did then why doesn't he just endorse him.

Karl is supposed to be soooo smart. The architect they call him. Does he not understand "No One But Ron"?

The day that Ron takes advice from Rove is the day I stop supporting him.

Like him or hate him, Rove was right about broadening the base in terms of alienating potential RP voters. Us RP supporters love talking to each other, making videos that just resonates to us, attending rallies and meetings with people that are already going to vote for him an In this thread we are attacking the messenger and dismissing message that's being conveyed. Let's stop calling people neocons in the comments sections for instance. Nothing turns off a republican more like that word

What is the solution Bosso?
If the media can dictate the front-runner in a few short weeks, and the insiders can steal elections (ala N.H.) --
what can we do?

Also "Take the 3 major defense contractor-owned nightly network news programs and the PBS news hour.."
I was aware of GE owning nbc, msnbc.. but who are the two others?

Your post reminded me of the shenannigans that took place in N.H, and it is sobering.
