Kansas is a republican state. We are also a closed caucus which is a bit of a problem, Kansas is a little old fashioned.

Ron Paul did however get 11% in 2008. We have a few big colleges, and a few decent sized cities that can help us.

We are also a state that is further behind most in reforming Marijuana laws.

I started a project that I figure would get a little interest from possible new voters in our state. It's a pro-legalization in Kansas web site in which I hope to unite Kansas people. Problem is... time is short.

We have until Friday to register Republican in Kansas. I'm a little shy and have trouble going tabling, but I have done a little and will do more. But I couldn't sit here and let me web design capabilities go to waste.

If you're from Kansas or know people in Kansas, please send them to the website below. I have a current Ron Paul post, and I plan to make a few more post.... but I'm urging pro-cannibus people to register by Friday.

Its not too late to register as a Republican for Kansas. The registration deadline as a Republican is Feb 24th. I'm not from Kansas (Texas actually) but I'm trying to promote and let people aware of registration deadlines. Massachusetts is tomorrow for their closed primary.

Where did you hear that the registration deadline is February 24? Blue Republican?

In any case, the deadline is this Friday, February 17.
