Kamala Harris appears on RuPaul's Drag Race

What makes Harris think this will help her win the general election?

I suppose it would appeal to trannies, and lesbians who don’t realize that trannies hate them.

Kamala Harris appears on RuPaul's Drag Race

There was a time when many feminists considered "drag" to be the same insult for Women that "blackface" was for Blacks. And back in the 60's and 70's, Drag was rather tame. Men like Milton Berle would get laughs dressing up in women's clothing, wearing makeup, and exhibiting exaggerated renditions of what was considered stereotypical feminine behavior. Feminists railed against it. These days, the drag shows are much more slutty than back then, but the outcry among feminists is absent.

Here's a story I saved from a decade ago. It's about a man in drag who was fired from a Pride event because he appeared in Blackface. Why wouldn't a white drag queen think they couldn't get away with wearing blackface? It's the same thing they're already doing by appearing in drag. I just don't get it.

Please let there be a presidential debate question about the candidates' reactions to a drag queen in blackface appearing at drag queen story hour.

Anybody remember Flip Wilson's Geraldine?

It really doesn't make sense. It enforces her support among the Democratic base, but doesn't pull in voters who have real concerns like paying for food cars and housing. The candidate who can convince them that they can fix that is going to win. The swing state independents who will decide this aren't going to care about identity politics.

Yeah...I remember Flip Wilson. And much later there was Jamie Foxx's "Wanda." As far as the double standard, things that are universally wrong when done from a heterosexual context are completely fine as long as somebody says "I'm gay." Nobody would be okay with a little girl going to a men's club and getting on stage and dancing for tips. The "Desmond is Amazing" did that for tips at a gay bar. Nobody would be okay with a 4 year hold girl waking around with a topless stripper at a strip club. But I saw liberals and at leat one libertarian on the news shows "The Hill" defending that mess because the topless stripper was trans. I've posted vidoes to those before so no need to do that again. But here's something new. Planet Fitness just fired a man from walking into the women's locker room.

https://www.newsweek.com/male-planet-fitness-employee-fired-woman-changing-room-1924290

But that same Planet Fitness revoked a woman's memebership after she took a picture of a man in the woman's locker room and posted it on social media in protest for him being there. And why was he allowed in there? He said the magic words "I'm *****."

But here's the funny thing. The same Kamala Harris who's going on Drag Race had her AKA sisters boot the gay men from the hotel that they and the gay men had booked at the same time before she got there to speak. (Okay. I can't prove that she specifically asked that...but come on!) And Biden banned the transwoman who went toppless at his "family friendly" pride event. And you've got the Pope openly affirming gay couples...then saying "but not really"....and then calling gays the F word behind their backs...then apologizing...then doing it again. It's hypocrisy of the highest order.

No moral high ground, no. But compared to this lot even if the swamp is soaking the soles of your shoes you're on higher ground than them.

The lesser of two evils parties system has finally dragged us right down into the muck.

Trump is a dog, but that's better than the devil's own finger puppet I guess.

We ran a candidate that was politically and personally as pure as the driven snow.

And the people despised him.

What would you have us do?

Laugh or ignore drag race nonsense, rather than get irate.

There was a young boy of about ten, prancing and mincing with pedophile drag queeers and an audience cheering them on in that video...and you tell me to ignore that.

That's what people said to do when queeers started getting married in so called churches.

Sadly, millions took that advice, myself included.

And look where we are now...well, I'm not going to fall for that shit again.

Now, with that out of the way, the question was about what to do about the moral high ground and presidential candidates.
