Anyone who wrote in a vote for Ron Paul where their state doesnt accept write ins; wasted their ENTIRE BALLOT; not just the Presidential Vote as far as I can tell from the elections rules.

This kind of shit torques me. NO WHERE IN THE CALIFORNIA CODE DOES IT SAY THE ENTIRE BALLOT WILL NOT BE COUNTED.

QUIT SPREADING LIES JUST TO GET PEOPLE TO VOTE THE WAY YOU WANT!

I wrote in Ron Paul in Pennsylvania where they have very loose write in laws. They counteract this voting freedom by not even bothering to count the write in votes.

I have heard this, too. But, it varies from state-to-state.

I'd advise people to check their state laws, but still strongly advise them to vote their conscience.
