So, these intelligence agencies, who believe Russia is trying to compromise the American system, and destroy it by delegitimizing it... ...are using Russian sources.

I love this forum but it has been a complete nightmare to lurk the past six months. So many disturbingly liberal posters peddling their shit like it doesn’t stink. This thread is a prime example of the disappointing content I’ve been having to shift through. It’s like some have forgotten how rotten to the core the media is, as evidenced by the treatment to both Ron and Rand during the election cycles. And finally, just so everyone who ran with the story can be humiliated, the dossier is full of inaccuracies, it repeatedly calls it "the Alpha Group" instead of "the Alfa Group", its real name. An intelligence dossier, that cant even research the group it is accusing of helping Russian/Trump collusion. It doesn't even bother to get the name right.

I never though being an American would be so great. After watching these gatekeepers seem to have a stranglehold for so long. The war with the media is on, and Trump is winning EVERY battle.

The outlet (buzzfeed) notes that the unconfirmed report contains a number of errors, including the misspelling of the Russian company Alfa Group and a misrepresentation of a settlement in Russia. Buzzfeed wrote that they were “publishing the full document so that Americans can make up their own minds about allegations about the president-elect that have circulated at the highest levels of the US government.”

Putting aside the whole 4chan issue and just focusing on the story that we know about for certain, there is absolutely nothing that verifies any of this. It's all based on hearsay and other flimsy sourcing and is just a bunch of allegations by an intelligence community that hates the man that won the presidency. That man, by the way, isn't just doing things that community disagrees with (being friendly to Russia), but has also said that he wants to slim them down significantly. Basically, they are worried about their jobs, which is why all of this is happening.

And, BTW, if the goal is to stop Trump from taking office, then it needs to be called out as the coup attempt it is. These deep state members are not friends of this country or of liberty.

There is so much to disprove though and the file names names. The allegations implicate many key Russian officials and may cause them to hold press conferences in the near future. I would say that the U.S. intelligence community has been largely asleep at the wheel and have been incompetent. Much of the information we are getting about Russia's hacking of this election comes from companies like Fire Eye and now these series of allegations from a file held by a former MI6 agent. It seems that the British and Germans have been doing their homework but not the FBI or CIA.

I didn't actually claim this about Ron Paul. I claimed that the Ron Paul campaign had a Russian involvement. Whether he knew about it or not, I don't know, but I suspect some of his associates could have known about it. And if MI6 had a dossier in their hands like the one they had on Trump, I suspect that a dossier about Ron Paul 2008/2012 could also be in the possession of MI6 or German intelligence already (I did see his name pop up in a few German graphs about Russian activity in the West). And investigations by the FBI into and around Ron Paul will likely take after British or German intelligence as the current dossier has done to prompt FBI and CIA investigations into Donald Trump.
