Seriously, FOR YEARS. I have been swimming against the stream, as you all.
I just wanted to say how lucky we are to have Ron as a lightning rod and voice/leader.

Thank you all for your efforts and
PLEASE
dont forget how little time and precious this all is.

We would have to start a don't vote campaign. The less people that vote the more illegitimate the campaign election would look.

I had hung up years ago after the Buchanan challenge was beaten down...

RP brought me back from the dead for this final Armageddon of presidential elections

If Ron Paul weren't running, I wouldn't be voting, and I'd be paying very little attention to any of the candidates. Everyone except for our hero is full of crap, except for possibly Gravel, Kucinich and Edwards, and I don't agree with their policies at all, regardless of their sincerity. It's even more mind boggling that I respect these democrats more than ANY of the republicans (except Paul), because I support the 'rhetoric' of the republican party more than that of the democratic party.

I would honestly be finding another country to live in. Switzerland probably.

If he had not woken me up I'd still be a neocon and probably would have voted for Rudy. I can't help but feel ashamed of myself!

I'd be paying attention, but I'd be blindly voting for Obama or some other polished speaker promoting "change". (I consider myself a conservative Republican-leaning Independent but would never dream of voting for a Republican after the previous fiasco or even a Hillary Clinton, for that matter.) Ron Paul is the first statesman to actually inspire me to do my research and become more educated about how our political process works. I mean, I always knew our politicians were lying, crooked, corrupt, two-faced !@#$%^&*() and that our country was in deep and urgent trouble but it didn't really register until I began listening to what Congressman Paul had to say. :(

Unfortunately, even Switzerland is going down the tubes right now. :(

I know but its the only other place viable..... Unless I want to go to a third world country..... which may not be a bad idea.

If Ron Paul hadn't gotten into the race, I'd still be a self-deluded neo-con with a Rudy bumpersticker on my car and a Rudy lawnsign in front of my home, and I would still have no clue what the Constitution really says.

I would still be reading lewrockwell.com and antiwar.com every day wishing Ron Paul would run, but otherwise assured in my conviction that voting in federal elections is a total waste of time just like I was this time last year.

What a question. God has been gracious to us in giving us Ron Paul.

I'd be hiding out in the hills and voting for Kubby by mail.

Wow! You sure made a big change. :)

No kidding... now I'd sooner vote for Hillary then Rudy... and I hate them liberals ... I can't help it, all those layers of neoconism are hard to wear off ;)

But seriously I had always assumed back then republicans = pro-business + strong defense.... now I know it's the total opposite, at least present day republicans that is.... Right now they're destroying our economy and making us less safe while weakening our military. I've always been a big supporter of small government and sound money as well, I also stockpile precious metals. I just assumed no candidate would ever bring real reform to our monetary system and I accepted the federal reserve like I accepted death hahaha.....
