Just Got Back from Louisiana HQ

I'm kind of worried that we didn't win at my polling place in Greenwell Springs. Hope I'm wrong though. Waiting patiently for the results...

The "Pro-Family, Pro-Life" slate in 2008 was former Fred Fred Thompson supporters who ended up still running their slate and backing McCain.

Cleverly, what we did here in LA was take that same exact name (and the same pushcards--with pictures of Reagan and "Win one for the gipper!" tagline), but this time it's attached to our delegates. Brilliant idea. :D
Oh, wow. Using people's own sheepish ignorance against themselves. Brilliant, underhanded, deviousness. I salute you! :D

Mozovote - Thanks :D

Everyone else--I'm keeping running tabs. Of the 6 caucus locations I've heard about so far, we've won all of them. 5 of those are in our strength area (Baton Rouge and surrounding areas), the other is in N.O. North Louisiana and Acadian (Southwest of the State) are where we are weakest. No results there yet. Should be finding out shortly. Stay tuned, I think we've done it!

To be fair--we wouldn't have done this had the Mitt Romeny people not first turned to dubious "multiple slate" strategies.

pretending now-Romney-once-Santorum supporters would be 'Santorum' delegates on slates for instance?

Besides, the pro life slate is MUCH more accurate with Ron who IS pro life, than with Romney who defined himself as a 'pro-choice governor' in Mass.

I remember that from 2008. This is so awesome. You guys are fucking great.

I called an old friend before going to the caucus to tell him to go vote. He's registered as an independent so couldn't vote, but he said his father went and voted for Mitt Romney because Paul is anti-Israel. Then he proceeded to talk about how Christ's holy spirit is all he knows and how it transformed him and that Israel must be protected because of something in the bible or some shit.

That type of simpleton mentality is killing this country.

Agreed. I'm just saying, we were content to play 1 on 1. They were the ones who started to play underhanded. So...we played their game. And I'm pretty sure we beat them at it.

Wow, this is hilarious. The amount of folks who are uniformed on everything is just mind-boggling.
It's really not that surprising when you take into account 12 years of public schooling, if they even finish. Then sprinkle in the media narrative. I'm more surprised people are waking up to this scam more and more everyday.

The nice thing about these delegate caucuses, besides the fact that we're wining practically all of them,

They don't use Central Tabulators!!!

I'd love to see a picture of that, you guys rock!

It was that piece of paper on Paul's table that I saw a few hours ago at the Caucus. Not sure if it's much different from location to location but slate #1 was HILARIOUS!

^Well yeah, but you don't combine slate numbers to determine who wins, do you?
