The average voter might be stupid and no amount of campaigning that Rand Paul does will stop Hillary from being President and Hillary is counting on this. So would it be best to lobby State legislators like we do for State nullification to vote for Rand Paul electors?

Not to say we shouldn't drop trying to win popular state votes but should do that and lobby to State legislatures?

You cannot predict what blunders she might make along the way. IMO she needs to be afraid of her own mistakes more than any mud we sling at her. As for Rand's attacks: he is unifying republicans against common enemies: Hillary/Dems & national debt ect.

Gaining early victories will be important for Rand to get some hype. Ron's campaign was slightly deflated after losing that straw poll that Bachmann bought with that country music concert.

You didn't answer my question.

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
