Honestly Judge Nap is probably too controversial after he spent an entire episode of the Daily Show arguing we shouldn't have fought the Civil War.

He's 1000% correct, of course, but even Trump would have trouble managing that kind of controversy.

Pretty sure Judge Nap would argue against Civil Rigĥts Acts because of his libertarian stance. Judge Nap being gay isn't a factor.
