Judge Napolitano: Hillary Clinton could face jail time for emails

The Republican leadership is toothless. They won't impeach, they won't shutdown the government, they won't appoint an independent prosecutor, they won't subpoena her server, they won't do anything to rein in Presidential tyranny. She and Obarry & Co. know this, and that's why they know they can keep doing it.

Obvious question---if Hillary was using private server emails that only came to light now, how many other Cabinet officials was she emailing to, who likewise had private emails? Will Congress do anything about investigating how widespread this non-accountability is?

I couldn't watch the link, but I hope the judge isn't losing it.

Hillary will never face jail time. For anything. Ever.

This email thing will go away faster than docs from the Rose law firm.

He said if charged. The Judge talks about law, that's his expertise, not probability.

Well, just maybe if a big enough cumulative stink can be raised about Hillary, she may decide that it's not really worth it, and choose to not run.

Yes because most of them are as guilty as sin. The other side are completely compromised.

Yeah....and Eric Holder could face serious prison time for selling machine guns to Mexican drug gangs. Now what are the odds?

Headlines like this are good, though. If there were headlines saying this about Rand, everyone would say he's done. We need to stop acting like the Clinton's are invincible.

If Hillary was a civilian they would have executed a no knock 2 am raid on her home and seized the server, that's fact.

Half of me wants to see this thing swept under the rug, a race between Rand and Hillary will be popcorn time, Rand will eat her for lunch.
Can you imagine Hillary trying to debate Rand....yeeeeha!!!!!

..

It's a million times more likely that Napolitano will face jail time for taking whatever drugs he was on when he said that.

There's where the heart of this lies. Anyone that thinks Hilldog is the only one running a private server is naive. There's so much dirt going on involving these people (both left and right, working together....hello Benghazi/ISIS.....notice how the Benghazi committee does precisely nothing except talk?) that there's gotta be a coordinated effort to keep incriminating emails between power players out of the public record. I certainly don't expect the GOP to really try to get to the bottom of it, since they'll be throwing some of their own under the same bus while exposing the larger scam/plan that is 'ISIS'. Let's see the email convos between SecState Hilldog (2009-2013) and intelligence leadership! Panetta, Dempsey, Petraeus, etc.

Notice how Petraeus just got a sweetheart deal for pleading guilty to mishandling classified info? He was CIA director when Hilldog was SecState. I bet their email exchanges on private servers regarding Benghazi CIA black site/Libyan weapons running that ended up in Syria was quite juicy.

I get this odd inclination that those that run the liberal party want to bury Hillary early , not for the emails but something bigger, a much better candidate not yet named, or she's got a bigger closet full of skeletons than what is yet known.
