A 2-year-old boy is dead after police say the child's father left the toddler locked in a hot car for several hours.

It happened on Friday in Hot Springs, Arkansas..

A neighbor said the father drove to his house first for help after realizing what he'd done. "He had driven home, left the baby in the car, forgot the baby was in the car for about four hours," said neighbor Donny Loden.

Emergency crews tried to resuscitate the boy, but it was too late.

The names of the victim and his parents have not been released.

Multiple sources have reported that the child is Thomas Naramore, the son of Garland County circuit judge Wade Naramore.

Judge Refuses to Allow Stanley Family Children to Go Home – Issues Gag Order

Judge Wade Naramore reportedly ruled today in Juvenile Court in Garland County Arkansas that the Stanley Family children could not go home.

Friends and relatives of the Stanley family in Arkansas have issued the follow statement on the Bringthestanleykidshome Facebook Page:

The Judge ruled that there is probable cause to temporarily keep children. There will be another hearing on Feb. 12th. No one is allowed to speak about what has happened in the court room. The Lawyer said he was not surprised. The prosecution had time to put their case together, the defense was given less than 24 hours. He said we now have time to get our case together. Hal and Michelle will have visitations with the children. Thank you all for your prayers and support.

He killed his own kid, not the Stanley kid.

Looks that way, I first saw it on Facebook posted by the guy that had a cop (creepy todd payne) die of a heart attack while in a bear hug when cop got caught trying to burn dudes hot dog stand, otherwise I would have held off posting it.

What a bunch of slaves we have become to accept something like the CPS taking ownership of our children. In times past, it was private institutions like churches who would apply the voluntary social pressure of raising good families. Now look at us. We've given it all to Big Mother. We deserve all that is coming.

For anybody paying attention karma is in the astrology cards big time atm. Watch for it today.

Sad thing when a child dies.

Maybe, just maybe, this dude will listen to what God, karma and the universe are telling him, maybe.....

The Privilege Of Being A Judge
So far no charges have been brought against Naramore, and the Hot Springs Police Department says they will conduct a thorough investigation and the body will be sent to the State Crime Lab to determine the cause of death. While this is a mistake that anyone can make, anyone who is not in a position of authority, such as Mr. Naramore, would be in jail awaiting trial as I write this. Friends of the Naramore family, and various people of the police apologist mindset, have taken to social media to ask that we all pray for him and his family, a sharp contrast from the usual lynch mob mentality that usually accompanies crimes of this nature.
Naramore admittedly left the child in the car for four hours, which amounts to a confession of negligent homicide, yet he remains a free man. Here we have an example of a Georgia man who just two weeks ago left his girlfriend's child alone in a hot vehicle and was arrested as soon as he returned to the scene.

Just yesterday a woman in Bakersfield, CA left her child in a hot vehicle for only 30 minutes and was arrested at the scene.

Yet again in Surprise, AZ on July 4th a mother is facing charges after leaving her child in a hot vehicle while she shopped at Wal Mart. Deaths from children being left in cars are fairly rare with an average of 37 per year in the United States. Here is what happens when a child is left in a hot vehicle.

Local residents of Garland County are calling for Naramore to be charged with Negligent Homicide. If you are as disgusted with this hypocrisy as we are, then we are asking that you contact the prosecuting attorney and tell them you want charges filed. Yes, those abused by the family/juvenile court system and CPS are not going to let this one die down anytime soon. However, every child's death is a tragedy, and agree with praying for the family.

I actually saw this advice in an article I read about this subject matter.
the same article indicated this sort of tragedy began in the early 90's and today has reached 37 per year...

"leave something of importance with your child, like your cell phone, keys or wallet"

Evidence against Judge/Father in Hot Car child death goes f'ing missing

The Hot Springs police chief is looking into whether evidence was lost in any ongoing investigations after attorneys in the hot-car death of a circuit judge's son said materials pertinent to the case are missing.

Defense attorney Erin Cassinelli of Lassiter & Cassinelli said Tuesday that she had not received information requested on the negligent-homicide case against Garland County Circuit Judge Wade Naramore because the Hot Springs Police Department has "apparently lost evidence."

Deputy prosecutor Thomas Young said Tuesday that police were "unable to retrieve" photos in the case because of a computer server glitch.

The case is set for trial June 14-17. Special Circuit Judge John Langston has yet to rule on a prosecution motion submitted Tuesday to delay the trial.

Naramore pleaded innocent at a March 11 arraignment in the death of his 17-month-old son, Thomas. The boy died July 24 after being left in the back seat of a hot car.

When contacted Wednesday, Police Chief Jason Stachey said he was barred from speaking specifically about the Naramore case, but he said he was told by the department's computer technicians that there have not been any server changes or repairs recently.

"We have not had any instances involving cases where we have lost anything," Stachey said. "Everything that we have put on there, we've been able to pull back out. We've not had any problems in the past."

Stachey said that if he determines evidence was indeed lost in any case, not just Naramore's, he would order an immediate internal affairs investigation.

"I want to look into it," he said. "I take it very seriously."

Special prosecutor Scott Ellington of Jonesboro said two Hot Springs Police Department detectives told him that "something was lost off the server."

"That's what we understand," Ellington said Wednesday. "I don't know if it was on someone's [desktop] computer and it was switched or something like that. It just went away. That's what we're told.

"I'm not 100 percent convinced that if they keep looking for it, that it will turn up."

Specifically, Ellington said, photographs as well as a video have not been produced by the Police Department.

Cassinelli said she suspects that the missing video is of Naramore arriving at the courthouse on the morning of the death of his son and shows people passing by the vehicle throughout the next several hours until Naramore returns from the courthouse.

"This is a very serious matter, and it is very concerning that, with trial date long set and looming, we cannot get a straight answer about what evidence exists and what is missing, much less get the actual evidence, despite months of requests and a motion to compel production of the information or some explanation for a lack of production," Cassinelli said. "We have long had concerns about the communication between investigators and the prosecutor, and this confirms that our concerns were for good reason."

Cassinelli took issue with Young saying that all that was missing was "a pretty picture to show the jury" and that it was not critical to the case.

"Let me assure you, there are absolutely no 'pretty pictures' in this case. Nor are there just 'pictures of the judge's parked car,'" Cassinelli said. "It is concerning that a prosecutor would make such callous comments. And frightening that someone bestowed such authority would be so dismissive of the obligations that come with it."

"Along with the awesome responsibility of investigating crimes and prosecuting citizens comes the duty to preserve all information, both information that tends to show guilt and information that tends to show innocence, so that a jury or judge has all information to make a fully informed decision," she said. "Not only is it someone's job, it is in fact, a constitutional requirement. In this case, that video is important for obvious reasons. It shows a most crucial part of this tragic day. It is certainly not a pretty picture or just a picture of a parked car."

When asked what effect, if any, the missing evidence would have on the case, Ellington replied, "I guess we'll see as we get closer."

An pretrial hearing is set for 10 a.m. Friday.

The judge granted a defense motion Wednesday to seal a motion about a questionnaire to potential jurors. Making public the motion and the exhibits with a questionnaire -- which include "several news articles and comments from social media users reacting to those articles" -- would "further antagonize and prejudice the potential juror pool," the defense motion said.

The prosecution also filed Wednesday a response to Naramore's attorneys' motion to suppress evidence. A May 12 defense motion said Naramore was subjected to an unlawful arrest and that authorities failed to secure a proper search warrant.

The prosecution said in Wednesday's court filing that the arrest was legal and denied "each and every allegation set forth in the Defendant's Motion to Suppress."

As of late Wednesday, Langston had not ruled on the defense's motion to suppress evidence or the prosecution's request for a new trial date.

Ah, the old "computer glitch" defense. I mean it could possibly, maybe, sorta have happened and now totally unretrievable, right?

I don't believe in Hell but if there is one it would be nice if he got the hottest room.

Why were the Stanley kids taken away? There are so many CPS battles I can't remember them all.
