The best legal path for Trump would be to just point to Obama. He deported a lot of people. It would at least be entertaining to watch the Democrats attack things done by Obama.

Once again, this "legal" angle could not have been used if standard deportations were used instead of the Alien and Enemies Act.
So....you understand the difference between being detained and sent to a foreign prison right? *SMH* Trump lost on this with the Republican dominated Supreme Court 9-0! That means Clarence Freaking Thomas ruled against him. You can be detained for your alleged crime if you are a flight risk but you have to be given the opportunity to post bail. You cannot be sent to prison, expecialy a foreign prison, without a freaking trial! I feel like I'm in an episode of "Are you smarter than a fifth grader" and my friends are losing.Interesting ruling.
My read of it says that if I hold up a liquor store, and I deny that I did it, then I cannott be detained until my trial.
You cannot be removed TO A FREAKING PRISON without a trial! This isn't that hard to understand. You are trying to MAKE it hard for no apparent reason. Trump already deported a lot of people to all sorts of place and didn't get any pushback from the courts until he started deporting people to PRISON! He lost 9-0 at the U.S. Supreme Court that conservatives were bragging about just a few months ago because it has a 6-3 Republican majority. So...everybody on SCOTUS is wrong? Every freaking justice? And some of these people being deported to a FOREIGN PRISON came here LEGALLY! The gay barber from Venezuela for example! Yes. The first time he came he did so illegally. But the second time he came in legally through a port of entry using the Biden assylum phone app. You can disagree with Biden all you want, but it's dishonest to claim that he came in ilegally. That would be like an owner of an appartment building having someone removed for trespassing, the trespasser gets removed, then a new owner buys the building, the trespasser gets a lease with the new owner, the old owner buys the building back and has someone who has a lease THROWN IN PRISON WITHOUT A TRIAL, based on the first tresspassing charge!LOL. "Enemies of the state" have no rights?! As determined by whom?
The point is that illegal immigrants are engaging in a crime, closely related to trespassing. Having rights does not allow someone to continue engaging in a crime. If you are caught trespassing on someone's property, you don't get to stay until a court hearing. You are immediately removed.
The left claiming that deportation (or stopping any crime) is a violation of rights is the lie. Don't buy into it. It's a trap.

Seriously, when it comes to immigration it seems some people have a liberty lobotomy.

These are designated terrorists that are going to El Salvador because it's terrorist detention center and they take them. No other country is going to take terrorists.I acknowledged that was a poor idea.
Ship the invaders back to whatever country they claim they are from, kick them off whatever you used to ship them there, and leave.
These are designated terrorists

Biden basically designated us terrorists just a couple years back![]()
Biden also just said this after Trump's first 100 days "He's not behaving like a Republican president,"
Did Trump break in to the Republican party and steal it?

Trump is pretty awesome though so if he says someone is a terrorist, that person is probably a terrorist.
Good enough for me![]()
But I'm told shipping them HERE is NOT an act of war. These are designated terrorists that are going to El Salvador because it's terrorist detention center and they take them. No other country is going to take terrorists.
Can you imagine another country shipping a bunch of terrorists into the United States how the people would react? That would be an act of war.
He won the popular vote and the electoral college.
So if Trump doesnt get to do foreign policy I guess we should just be a monarchy.

It's a Republic if you can keep it.Trump was elected and therefore he can do whatever he wants, on that I agree.
I'm just glad that we're not still pretending this is a Republic because it sure as shit ain't![]()
in war the first casualty is truthBut I'm told shipping them HERE is NOT an act of war.
Nope. Not all of them. That's why there needs to be due process. It's not that freaking hard of a concept. If you're going to send someone to PRISON whether that is a U.S. prison or a foreign prison then there needs to be due process. These are designated terrorists that are going to El Salvador because it's terrorist detention center and they take them. No other country is going to take terrorists.

The U.S. sanctions which create the conditions causing people to flee their countries is the act of war.
