The point is that illegal immigrants are engaging in a crime, closely related to trespassing. Having rights does not allow someone to continue engaging in a crime. If you are caught trespassing on someone's property, you don't get to stay until a court hearing. You are immediately removed.

The left claiming that deportation (or stopping any crime) is a violation of rights is the lie. Don't buy into it. It's a trap.

That would be like an owner of an appartment building having someone removed for trespassing, the trespasser gets removed, then a new owner buys the building, the trespasser gets a lease with the new owner, the old owner buys the building back and has someone who has a lease THROWN IN PRISON WITHOUT A TRIAL, based on the first tresspassing charge!

I've been clearly opposed to the use of the "Alien Enemies Act", and I haven't really addressed the prison in a foreign nation, so I don't know who you are debating here.
