Judge Andrew Napolitano joins us.

I would like to know why, the following:

Regarding: The BlackWater people being charged for 'wrong doings' in Iraq.

"The individuals charged today displayed a blatant disregard for the core values of the United States Constitution and failed to adhere to the Rule of Law..."

Why are not government officials held to the same standard?

How does one abolish the corrupt government?

And last but not least:

Ask him if he knows about "Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports", and will he report on them?

Thank you all for the questions. The same deal as it was for the Peter Schiff interview; I'll get to as many questions as possible. Since he technically works for Fox, I have a certain guideline to follow with limited time. We are not (and don't want to be) affiliated with Fox, which is why this is such an honor to have him in the first place.

Thank you for your responses. Our website will be running again shortly and will have the archive of the interview, including past one's as well.

Judge: Who can we file a class action lawsuit against for fucking up our country?

Is running for President a possibility anytime in your future? What would it take?

**UPDATE**

The Judge has to be rescheduled because of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was arrested on Tuesday. The charges that he brazenly conspired to sell or trade the U.S. Senate seat left vacant by President-elect Barack Obama to the highest bidder in what a federal prosecutor called a "corruption crime spree."

Since he works for Fox news, they had to take his time away from us.

The unfortunate thing about our time, was he was to appear on another show at 7:20. Both of our interviews got canceled for the evening.

The good news. I'm trying to weasel more time out of his agent because of this mess.

Will update as soon as I know when the re-schedule time is.

...Sorry

Again, Sorry for the Hiccup, but we have Dr. Steven Porter filling-in for The Judge this evening.

Steve was born in New York City in 1943 and grew up in the New York Metropolitan area. He earned BS, MA, PhD, and PD degrees in Fine Arts and Educational Administration, and taught on the college and secondary levels from 1967 to 2003. His last twenty years in education were spent as a public school administrator and college professor in Binghamton, New York and at Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. He has received many awards and honors in Fine Arts and Education, including two Grammy Awards for the Rod Serling School of Fine Arts which he founded.

Steve began publishing in 1969 and continues to write and publish. To date he has written over 125 works for the concert and theatrical stage as well as 17 books ranging in topics from Fine Arts and Education to Political Philosophy and Fiction.

A lifelong Democrat, Steve was active in the 1968 Presidential Campaign of Senator Robert Kennedy. In 1988, he worked for a physician friend running for the New York State Senate. When his friend subsequently moved from the state, the Democratic Party approached him to run for that office, which he did. During his residence in Binghamton, Steve was also very active in the Sister Cities Program initiated by Binghamton Mayor Juanita Crabb. With the Mayor, he traveled several times to Binghamton’s Sister City of Borovichi in Russia on cultural, diplomatic, and commercial missions. After moving from New York to the Erie area, Steve became the candidate for Congress in the 3rd Congressional District of Pennsylvania.

We will be taking calls for Dr. Porter as well. He just appeared with Bob Fitrakis - the lawyer who wrote the articles of impeachment for Kucinich - and can discuss a wide area of topics. Education being his forte.

Hope you tune in, Ill be back with a re-schedule time for the Judge.
