Jon Stewart to cover Ames/Paul media blackout on Daily Show - Tonight

So, basically John Stewart made the rants on this board funny. That is why people watch him. He does a great job (even when he does a hit piece).

Well, gosh. After reading the comments, I'm ready to rep whoever posts a video of this so hard, I'll probably throw my back out.

That was pretty dang good. I called some friends once I saw what he was talking about, so hopefully that's like 3 more people wooot

Well I'd say he exposed the rants on this board to an even bigger audience. And this was a hit piece on the media.

This is ironic cause the episode from a couple days ago about the Ames Straw Poll didn't include a mention of Paul... but it was actually good, because he was making fun of the lengths the candidates were going through to get people to go to their tent. Michelle Bachmann had an air conditioned tent. Santorum had free samples of his peach preserves, which they made fun of by having their correspondent cover his face in peach preserves. When Jon Stewart asked how it tasted, the correspondent said, "It tastes like a peach took a dump in my mouth!", which the audience and I thought was hilarious.

This!

And the blatant mistreatment by the media totally exposed!

I would almost go so far as to say that Ron being ignored for 2 days was worth it just to get this as the outcome. Everyone's so fired up, now! :)

I normally don't ever watch Stewart, but I have seen his positive review for things like End the Fed (the book) and I know that Stewart's anti-war positions likely contributed to fair treatment of Paul. But seriously, that was spot on perfect. This is a funny clip, something you can facebook to regular folk without them thinking you are politi-spamming, because it's also entertaining. I never thought I'd agree with every sentiment John Stewart had in a segment, but his annihilation of Perry and the Media was perfect. Whereas I don't think I ever want to watch Fox News again after this week, I may check out Stewart again for this favor
