John Tate Email: Threatens chaos at the convention

What kind of real preparations to cause chaos are people doing? I hear a ton of whining about Bentons statements, as if they mattered at all. And there's a difference between getting delegates seated and seeking to be nominated. Ron Paul does want the delegates seated, but is not necessarily actively seeking to be nominated.

Anyone planning any kind of actual chaos at the RNC outside of doing delegated business in accordance with the rules needs to go back and study the 1968 Democratic DNC in Chicago and see what real chaos is like and what it gets you.

McGovern won the nomination in 1972 because of the 1968 convention. had there been no riots HHH might have won.

but poor hubert h. humphrey could not have talked to mao in china. when
ole LBJ and DALEY micro~managed the street violence of the chicago cops
america saw to its horror something other than dragnet or highway patrol.
america saw the cops reacting like the ones who bludgeoned all the civil
rights marchers. most of the violence happened at night and was chaotic.

There is a documentary out there about the 2008 RNC; a group of young guys were planning to go down there and protest, and met up with a slightly older guy, who showed them how to put metal plates in their clothes, and make Molotov Cocktails. They never would have gone that far on their own. But the guy who encouraged them turned out to be undercover FBI, and they got arrested & accused of being domestic terrorists.

Did they take this line today because persons were upset as what Benton said?

That's the one. The guy claimed entrapment on the more serious charges and got a mistrial, but he pled guilty to some other charges before the 2nd trial.

Unless they cheat in credentials, which they currently must be planning to do if they don't think Ron has plurality, Ron has not just plurality but MAJORITY in AT LEAST 6 states: IA, LA, ME, MN, NV and OR, and with coalition (if it holds) in CO as well. They may also be confused into thinking being bound on the ballot vote has something to do with the nomnation for contention at RNC, which is an entirely separate process.
