Good question. I am not sure which candidate is the best speaker on the list. Both Carly and Ted are so close in that category.

I think Stossel doesn't see the whole NSA data-mining thing as being as big of a deal as Rand does, and that may play into him not minding Fiorina's Fascist talk about policing the internet. It's a stupid position to hold, but like everybody else, Stossel isn't perfect.
