Green Party does not officially support Jill Stein Recount. Jill is going on her own. More suspicion of mega scam or Soros plant.

In a letter penned by Green Party Senate Candidate Margaret Flowers, and signed by dozens of prominent GPUS members, the Greens have rebelled against the farcical "recount effort" conducted by Jill Stein, saying "while we support electoral reforms, including how the vote is counted, we do not support the current recount being undertaken by Jill Stein."

The reason for this is that as the author notes, "as a candidate, Dr. Stein has the right to call for a recount. However, we urge the GPUS to distance itself from any appearance of support for either Democrats or Republicans. We are well aware of the undemocratic actions taken during the primaries by the DNC and the Clinton campaign. Greens cannot be perceived to be allied with such a party.

Well this is awkward. Just two days after confirming that he would participate in Jill Stein's recounts in WI, MI and PA, Hillary campaign attorney, Marc Elias, is now publicly calling on North Carolina Republican Gubernatorial candidate, Pat McCrory, to halt his recount efforts and concede his race.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State says stein missed the deadline to file for recount, which was Nov 21.

One deadline for one procedure of three options to get a recount.

As Mark Dent and Anna Orso note at the website Billy Penn, there are three ways to initiate a recount in Pennsylvania. The first is an automatic recount if a candidate wins by less than 0.5 percent—Trump defeated Hillary Clinton by more than a full percent in Pennsylvania, so this is not an option. The second is through a voter-initiated effort. The third is through an allegation of widespread fraud, which appears to be the route that Stein is taking.

Despite Halderman’s credibility as an election expert, the allegation of widespread fraud does not have much evidence to back it up. It relies mainly on citing the hacking effort by Russia to affect other portions of the election—such as the country’s reported work to hack Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign emails—as well as alleged voting anomalies that are easily explained by polling failures.

I was thinking there had to be some deadline . . .

If there is a rule that a recount NOT completed by the date the electoral college is seated
(here, December 19, 2016) then that state still in "recount-mode" just loses those seats in the EC - that wouldn't make any sense
unless there was a deadline to file for a legitimate recount.

The Founders would never have wanted the Jill Stein method in the design of the USA's unique system.

Al Gore had a difficult hanging chad recount - one state only of course - and a Supreme Court decision to boot
yet there still was time to be able to conceed days before the electoral college was seated

Clinton Got Away With Stealing 3 States at Least - Still Lost in a Landslide - she lost a Fixed Election!

Fixed by Brazile giving away debate questions that the Federal Election Commission is investigating maybe ?

It would be a strange turn of events indeed if the recount uncovered massive voter fraud by the side that demanded the recount. Can we say ironic?

Yeah, or/and if the recount showed team HillyBilly actually also lost the popular vote. - hehe.
