I generally agree here, except that Lynch is eyeball deep in documented corruption. There's a point where opposing an appointee over political differences diverges with opposing an appointee for being a crook. I have a thread here somewhere about Lynch's ties to HSBC drug and terrorism money laundering.
Cognitive dissonance ftw Jeb! You do realize that Lynch is a close friend of Holder's wife and presumably Holder himself?

“If someone is supportive of the president’s policies, whether you agree with them or not, there should be some deference to the executive,” Mr. Bush said. “It should not always be partisan.”

He sharply criticized the current Attorney General, Eric Holder, saying he had “politicized” the office on Mr. Obama’s behalf. The Justice Department, he said, should have some “humbleness” because “they can ruin people.”
