Pfizer and BioNTech’s Covid-19 vaccine is just 39% effective in Israel where the delta variant is the dominant strain, according to a new report from the country’s Health Ministry.

The two-dose vaccine still works very well in preventing people from getting seriously sick, demonstrating 88% effectiveness against hospitalization and 91% effectiveness against severe illness, according to the Israeli data.

Wow this is pretty low number, few weeks ago they had cited 64% figure. Hopefully vax politics is not driving shifting numbers.

BTW, Indian government had recently asked that new name "Delta variant" be used.. politically correct thing would be to avoid further use of above name in new reports.

The COVID vaccine seems to have no impact whatsoever on preventing Delta cases (not even 39%), as the percentage of Delta infection roughly the same as how much Israeli were vaxxed.

It's great that our wonderful media keep repeating this bull$hit that even though the efficacy of the experimental COVID vaccines isn't anywhere near the supposed 95% after 2 doses, it is still over 90% effective at preventing "severe" COVID....

In Israel by 6 July, around 85% of reported "COVID Delta infections" were fully vaccinated.

More importantly, the COVID vaxxed develop symptoms by a ratio of 5:1.
The COVID vaxxed have a higher risk to get so severely ill that they wound up in hospital.

Guess Trump demanding use of non-goegraphic variant name in this case after using term "Wuhan virus" would be hypocritical, in quick lookup of news did not see any tweet/statement from him to that effect.

But stumbled on some other interesting news, apparently some foreign media continues to call original virus "Wuhan virus" and wiki shows that one media outlet that appears to be a prolific user of this term is backed by ruling party of Indian government.. and same goverment had recently demanded this:

I'm shocked! So they rigged the 2-month trials to come up with a 95% efficacy rate for the COVID vaccines.
Now they admit that the efficacy rate is not even 50%.

So instead of criminally charging the psychopaths that have been lying to us to get us vaccinated with biochemical weapons, they now offer third jabs!
There is of course no reason at all to believe that this will prevent COVID infections, but hey let's all cheer "trust the pseudoscience". Who cares about proper placebo-controlled medical trials anyway?

Israel has already approved a third "booster" shot of the experimental not properly tested COVID vaccines to people older than 60. Doesn't it matter that this wasn't tested?!?
