The argument re Mueller is basically that Trump interviewed Mueller for a position that Mueller was not eligible for. That's apparently important. Having something to do with 4D chess or something. I don't know. There is a belief by some that Mueller and Trump are going to be working together to get the bad guys. We'll see what happens when it happens.

Mueller was given a chance in that meeting to right his past wrongs, and be given full immunity (and also leave behind a great legacy), if he joined Trump’s team in this game of 4D chess to take America back from the cabal and drain the swamp.

What he does have is all the records being held in an abandoned furniture store in south Chicago, and since he decided to break tradition and not go through the normal presidential library route in order to prevent his files from being opened after 5 years of leaving office, he shot himself in the foot and allowed the entire stash to be raided by the FBI within the past 2 weeks.
