UPDATE - after calling him several times from a blocked number he finally answers. I confront him about the situation. He hangs up on me. I've been scammed. I'm glad to hear if he has worked for some of you, however he has stole 100$ from me. I shouldn't have been so stupid to go on a "small party" website as such and should have shopped somewhere larger. Live and learn right ?
If you used a credit card you should be able to call up your card peeps and tell them to reverse payment.
EDIT - Put the dashes in there so you can read it a tad easier.

I'm pretty sure it's too late. Especially with Visa and it being actually a debit card....
I should have used my credit card though, I wasn't thinking. I let my guard down.
update - I just made a claim with my banker & claims department of Chase Bank. They said they will give the merchant 2 business days to respond to this claim, and if he doesn't they will take that money right back out of his account, credit me, and possibly take legal action upon him.
Now wouldn't that be funny seeing a Goliath bank bring a scammer to court for fraud![]()
you could've just left a "beware" message, but you're now just giving away info on your own.
