So I ordered tshirts off ronpaulmarket on june the 16th. It still says "processing" and I can't seem to get a hold of this guy via email or phone..... Has anyone else had experience from buying tshirts from him? Is he just slow, or ?

I really wish the GearForLiberty store would re-open. The prices were ridiculous & shipping fast. Maybe in another year....

Thanks for the input guys..... And WOW, he has still not recieved any of his items he purchased? That's really not right.......

I'm thinking what my next steps should be.

ps- I think I should do a little more research on a site before I throw 100$ their way.....

UPDATE - after calling him several times from a blocked number he finally answers. I confront him about the situation. He hangs up on me. I've been scammed. I'm glad to hear if he has worked for some of you, however he has stole 100$ from me. I shouldn't have been so stupid to go on a "small party" website as such and should have shopped somewhere larger. Live and learn right ?

this is why i buy my t-shirts from eBay, sellers have to prove they're innocent or my money back.

Yea, cafe press and whoever had shops of tshirts I liked just got a substantial amount of money from me. Like I said, it wasn't the 100$ that was the problem, it's simply the fact he's stealing using out of all people, Ron Paul's name.

Feel free to ask mr.Campen how one has the heart to do such a thing. I would say leave a message but his mailbox is already full haha

EDIT - Put the dashes in there so you can read it a tad easier.

If you used a credit card you should be able to call up your card peeps and tell them to reverse payment.

I'm pretty sure it's too late. Especially with Visa and it being actually a debit card....

I should have used my credit card though, I wasn't thinking. I let my guard down.

Please remove the name/number. We aren't your personal army. If there is a case of fraud then take it up with the proper authorities. We have no way of verifying the story other than your claims and you are new here.

Yeah, but he should get Ron's name off his site;

As the potential for a Ron Paul 2012 run increases, as a RP community we must increase our vigilance to avoid the scammers and fly-by-night organizations that we saw during the 08 run. Unfortunately some people on this forum were a bit too trusting. I did that once, that'll never happen again.

Thanks for the heads up.

Since you used a debit card you can go to your bank and file a fraud claim. The bank will say "he will just show proof of purchase" but just go through with it. if this guy won't answer the bank won't be able to get the proof of purchase.

goodluck, that is not ethical at all.

update - I just made a claim with my banker & claims department of Chase Bank. They said they will give the merchant 2 business days to respond to this claim, and if he doesn't they will take that money right back out of his account, credit me, and possibly take legal action upon him.

Now wouldn't that be funny seeing a Goliath bank bring a scammer to court for fraud :D

you could've just left a "beware" message, but you're now just giving away info on your own.

beware message? I don't mind if others see what I'm doing. Or if he even sees what I'm doing. He doesn't deserve stolen money...
