Is there an online site that breaks down "news" stories to show intentional lies and...

misinterpretations?

I'm thinking there should be. One that uses video of the actual newscast - freezes the newscast as soon as the lie or misrepresentation (including telling the viewer what said viewer is supposed to think) is made, gives the truth, then goes back to the piece with the lies/misrepresentations?

Not just for Ron Paul stuff - for ALL the stuff the "news" is reporting...

Would be nice to include print media as well.

I've often thought of something similar. We could cut the employment rate in half because it would take a lot of people to monitor the msm lies and cut video's for them

At this point tweeting and Facebook posting about media bias is more powerful than emailing the offending organizations.

I've often thought such a site could take off as well. It would require a great deal of expensive (man hours) 1st rate analysis and interpretation. Would require a ton of digging and footnotes to be bulletproof.

Unfortunately, the truth is rarely profitable. This would have to a labor of love for a multi millionaire to make it successful.

Just talking about this on Reddit and at the DP. Im going to talk with some people about setting up a open page or blog for submitting misinformation that is released by the media. A forum just devoted to media bias. Not that media bias is a secret..hell i think i can probably click on any top page and find plenty but thats the point. Its hidden in plain sight. Smashed in with the rest of the endless 24 hr news cycle somewhere between the next Kardashian engagement and Newts ex-wife. Pulling it out and putting it in context is the challenge.
