Is There a Strategic Reason RP Has Stopped Appearing on TV???

Care to explain what she did between the last time he appeared on her show (wasn't THAT long ago) to now that suddenly has made her blacklisted? He has been on her show many times (even more if you include his campaign team), and her coverage of him has been mostly favorable over the last months, so what are you talking about?

I honestly believe threats were made to RP and/or his family. It's Ross Perot all over again.

Unfortunately, I agree with you. Something big happened a couple of weeks ago that seemed to change the entire campaign. All of a sudden we haven't heard a peep from Ron Paul and Benton chastizes the grassroots and all but hands Romney the nomination. As much as I hate to admit it, I think very serious threats were made which scared the campaign. These are very powerful men he is opposing, as in The Fed and the big banking cartel. I seem to recall another president who attempted to make monetary changes which didn't end too well. Cough.....Kennedy.....Cough.

I hope to God this is not the case and we're just being paranoid, but it's certainly something to consider.

Ross Perot's claim that he dropped out because his daughter's wedding was threatened has never been backed up with any proof (though I have no doubt that he was threatened, threats against politicians and their top supporters aren't in any way uncommon. I myself have received a few). By the time he had dropped out he had begun to seriously mismanage his campaign, the press on him was turning negative and his advisers were threatening to quit en masse because he refused to take any of his advise.

He was also probably pretty worn out. Running for President is one of the harder things a person can do. It is very possible that Paul (who is in no way a young man) is just exhausted and needs a break.
